Zero stars is what this company should be getting!!! I am paid up and after 3 years of being told "we are working on it", I asked for a refund as was told that I didnt qualify for a return due to not replying to an email they sent about changing lawyers within 15 days!!! That is purely a way for them to keep your money! And considering I have had Voicemails and emails go unanswered for months, their reasoning for denying me is REDICULOUS!!!!
This is a scam and they should be ashamed. Fabricating their ability and dependability is an understatement. These people are crooks. Im sure there wont be even a response to my review. Shameful!!!
I have been waiting for over two years for this company to cancel the contract on our timeshare to no avail. I have repeatedly asked for updates with no response. I have emailed them requesting a full refund per their policy which I have emails supposedly from the owner stating that they would honor if I just gave them six more months. I have given them a full additional year and nothing. I now plan to get my own attorney now as this is clearly a case of fraud. I think everyone on here with a bad experience show come together and do a class action lawsuit. Just because they advertise on large broadcasting networks don't use them! They are not honest!!!
I am so frustrated with this company I don't know what to do. they don't return my calls they don't respond to my emails I've been waiting for over two years for them to solve this problem they took my money and then won't answer any of my phone calls or email requests,does anybody have any ideas of how to solve this.

All I can say is DONT DO IT!!!! I hired these people to get me out of my timeshare almost 4 years ago. They passed me around to 2 different attorneys. After the second attorney dropped my case the rep who handles my case told me "the attorney is still working on it". She didn't realize that I already called the attorney to check status and the told me that they were no longer representing me. So timeshare freedom group are scammers and liars. I wound up getting out of my timeshare myself. So paid these guys thousands for NOTHING!!!!!!!!

I hired this firm more than 3 year ago to cancel my timeshare contract with Westgate Resort, due this timeshare was a big problem.
Timeshare Fredom Group said they are going to charge the amount of$7900.00 to eliminate our contract with Westgate resorts.
They warranted
If they do not get our contract cancellation with Westgate Resort in a period of 12 months, they will returns all the amount I payed to the firm.
As today they have not finish the cancellation. I have not hear anything about them.
Not proof they are working on it.
Also I send them some emails all the emails I send to the representantes are not working.
I going to hire another Attorney to represent me to demand this firm due they are laying to the people and taking advantage of our situation, only they are collecting money.
I going direct to the court and submit a case to the firm.
I am beyond frustrated with this company at this point. I did a monthly payment agreement about a year ago when I first hired them to take me out of my timeshare. I asked the first guy I met up with if I paid it off sooner would there be a problem. He assure me not. I called and paid the remaining of my balance about 4 months ago. I keep getting charged monthly. I called multiple times and I keep getting the round around. That the billing system isn't working. That the billing person is sick ect. I asked them to take me out of auto pay so they can figure their stuff out. Still paying for it every month. It's BS! I don't get updated on my timeshare progress anymore. I did before lately they have become a bigger nightmare than my timeshare. I don't recommend them at this point.
Horrible. They lie and tell you not to pay and then say they never said that. Timeshare goes into foreclosure and you don't get your money back. There, short and to the point
We were extremely naive and vulnerable. We assumed a lot of things. We assumed this company was being truthful and honest. We assumed by holding up our end of the deal and paying over $5,000 UPFRONT, we would be legally out of a Hilton Grand Vacation (HGV) timeshare that lied to us to get our business. We assumed Timeshare Freedom Group (TFG) would be more truthful and upfront than Hilton Grand Vacations. The sad and frustrating truth is the entire timeshare business is one big scam. Timeshare Freedom Group strung us along for two whole years, sending email "updates" stating everything was going smoothly and "the attorney" needed nothing else from us, and because we heard nothing from HGV we believed TFG was actually working on our behalf and HGV was instead speaking directly to "our attorney." During the two years our account switched to at least five different account execs (red flag). Why is the company's turnover so high? Over a year and a half into "the process," we were contacted by TFG and told that our original attorney, Harold Miller, had retired and we needed to resend documentation for the new attorney, Michael Molfetta. That should've raised another red flag. Why couldn't they send the documentation to the new attorney? We sent them copies as well. Right at the two year mark, we received a foreclosure letter from HGV anyway. We naturally contacted TFG because they have a clause in their contract stating that if they can't/don't get you out of your timeshare, you get your money back. Surprise, surprise: they consider a foreclosure getting you out of your timeshare. So we pretty much paid $5,000+ for TFG to do nothing but send an email once a month, if that, and call us once every 3 months....Unfortunately, if you want out of your timeshare, you'll most likely have to just let it go into foreclosure. Save your money! TFG is just as much of a predator as the timeshare companies themselves.
This is the 18th month since I paid the legal fees to cancel my timeshare, the freedom gourp staff told me my contract was for 24 months ???? Before I see a result??? This is totally scammer, when I was in their office all seems great and easy and cancellation is easy...I wanted refund , maybe I'll just used that $4000+ to the timeshare then at least I can use it. Then I can still buy our home. This company is not helping me at all, now they want me to call the lawyers handling my case??? It should be them to work on this not me . I paid their services. Don't get their service or you'll be so sorry like me.
The company is a scam, beware. It has been over the 2 year Money back guarantee time and I am still not out of my timeshare. I have requested my Money Back several times, no one ever gets back to me. The whole time all I have been getting is monthly updates claiming to still be working on my case, in the last year that even has stopped. Now they are involved in a Lawsuit brought on by a timeshare company (DIAMOND RESORTS) alleging fraud. I have never spoken to a lawyer just an array of people saying we are still working on your case. They have been more a nightmare than the timeshare. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!
If it was possible I would give negative stars! This company is a SCAM!! Do yourself a favor and find someone else to help you get out of your timeshare!!!
I get one or more unsolicited calls a day. SCRIPT STARTS "When last we talked, you expressed interest in ridding yourself of your timeshare..." The caller's id number is false. If I stay on, they haven't removed me from list. I never owned a timeshare. Do business elsewhere.
My Fiancé and I were in a deep hole we couldn't come out of without Timeshare Freedom Group . It took patience to go through the process but I was always updated every single month on what was going on with my case through a phone call and then email. Gena was my person. Any time I emailed asking questions or concerns, it never took longer than 24 hours to hear back. I was told upfront this would take some time and if they weren't successful I would be fully refunded , well they got the job done! We are simply so thankful to be free again because anyone that owns a timeshare knows what I mean. I would highly recommend timeshare freedom group to anyone wanting out of their time share.
Updated 08/31/2020: In voicing my concerns over the process and they have reached out with some solutions. I'll update upon the conclusion of the process.
I don't know how to rate this company mainly because I was advised to do something I now regret even more than the buying the timeshare. I'm going to speak to them tomorrow but I was advised to sign a deed in lieu which essentially is a foreclosure and now it's affecting my home buying future. It's like this whole timeshare experience has been the worst thing I have ever encountered it's been exactly a year and I guess I have to wait another 12 months before I see any real progress.
This company is a scam do not use them. t's been over 14 months since I requested copies of correspondence that has been sent to my timeshare company from the attorney. I have not received the correspondence and my timeshare customer service states that they have not yet been contacted by an attorney. I left a message for Aubrye at Timeshare over a week ago and for the attorney and I haven't gotten a call back.
The process was supposed to be a year. I'm now at 14 months and get the same message from their associate, "Your cancellation is with the attorney and they aren't asking for anything else at this time. I will call you in 4 weeks."This is the same message I get every 4 weeks.
I am little bit embarrassed to admit that I had been pressured into buying a timeshare. I am the type of person who always says no to sales people. The timeshare salesperson made everything sounds so good and I fell for it. The first time I tried to use the thing there was no availability and I quickly realized I was spending my hard earned money for something that I was not ever going to be able to use. Timeshare Freedom Group really came through for me. I met with Mike at the office in Gardena and after a very nice presentation I decided to move forward with using the service. It took about a year to complete the cancellation but I am happy to report that I am now timeshare free. The team at Timeshare Freedom Group did everything they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to cancel their unwanted timeshare.
This has been a great company, had a timeshare in Cabo and they were able to get it off my hands...
I am now in process of getting rid of another one in Sedona, it seems to be moving along..
I recommend this company to all that need help getting rid of a timeshare...

I'm so thankful for the people at Timeshare Freedom group. The moment that I knew my timeshare was a bad idea I had the worst pit in my stomach. I felt like I was never going to get out of this unbelievable debt. I was stressed out and had no clue where to turn. I called them after hearing their commercial and they mad everything easy. From the first call I made they took care of everything for me answered all my questions. They walked me through every step of the process and I don't know where I would be if I had not made that call. They even kept in touch with me on a monthly basis to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their staff is professional, personable and they really care about you as a person.
