Aeropuerto super moderno, muy bien señalizado todo y con muy buenas tiendas para todos los bolsillos, desde un Disney Store hasta un Louis Vuitton. En planta baja hay lugar para dejar las valijas por si uno quiere ir a pasear por Hong Kong en subte que deja en la estación central. En la misma zona se puede comer rico y a muy buen precio en un Pret a Manger.

First off, nice clean airport, staff were helpful.
The downsides, albeit having signage everywhere.
If you have a connecting flight. Trying to look for the transfer gate can be difficult.
There is not enough signage to point you at the right direction.
There were some but again, inconclusive.
And if you do arrive to the transfer gates.
There is just not enough staff to deal with processing passengers. The lines were super long. If you have only 1hr to get through the transfer gates then to your departure gate. It won't be enough. Not to forget that you have to go through security again.
You really have to bug the airport staff if your next flight is nearing its departure time else, risk missing your flight.
A combination of slow progress due to less gate staff on the transfer gates + long waiting lines.
Worse if your connecting flight gate is far away.

The airport takes up the whole island on which it is built, and taxiing to the terminal can take some time, especially after a long flight. However, once you get there you are in for a treat. The high quality facilities start as soon as you get off the plane with access to toilets and showers if you need them. Due to the size of the place it can take a little while to walk to passport control. Getting though immigration and collecting baggage was smooth and did not take too long. Once the formalities are over the landslide part of the airport is lovely, with a range of permanent and temporary installations. There are a great range of shops available, including a SevenEleven that is almost as good as the ones you find in Japan. The transfer to Hong Kong or Kowloon is made easy by access to buses and trains. A tip if you are only staying for a day or less and don't want to pick up an Octopus (travel) card, which can be used to buy stuff in many shops, is to have a small amount of cash in case other contactless payments are not working. All in all a convenient choice if you want to visit Hong Kong or the south of China, and want to avoid a plane or long train journey.
Poor service.
My wife travelled two weeks ago and all was well.
I went after two weeks and they were asking PAR in printed form.
There is no printer and the regfered me printing service way far which took over 1 hour and hk$ 110 for a single print out.
What the hell. Waste of time. Never want to be in Hong kong again
