I picked up a Aventon Pace 500 today from them. They responded to my email in a timely fashion and the price they quoted was the price I paid. They installed some accessories while I waited a short time. The young lady they did my paper work was quick and efficient. I would recommend this store because of great customer treatment, huge inventory and the excellent reviews that customers have posted.

Bought my bike back in February. Seyedu was very helpful in helping me pick out my bike that would fit my needs and what I was looking for as well as price point I was wanting to spend. He spent a long time working with me to try different bikes. The process was seamless and I was out the door with my bike in less than a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking to get a bike.
I liked that they are knowledgeable about the electric bikes & were patient while I tried different suggested bikes & my own picks.They want U to feel confident in your purchase. I like that they have whole sale price & didn't overcharge people like other places. Their repair techs are kind & know their stuff in how to repair them at a fair price. I would recommend this place if U want to purchase a quality e-bike with very nice people.

This is an honest business that did not try to sell me on something they did not have. I had a particular bike in mind and asked if they had anything similar and got an honest reply, no. I wish more businesses operated this way. After I buy my new toy I WILL be heading here for my next!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for an e-bike. We love the great selection & we were able to test ride several different brands. We love that they put the e-bike together and also the bike rack. Now we enjoy riding our two new bikes. Thanks to everyone at ATV Wholesale Outlet!!!
