I had extremely bad experiences in 3 different departments. They are interested only in making money and will have you request tests you don't need in order to increase your bill. It is well organized but doctors are bad. You're better off at a local hospital. They are poorly organized but doctors are decent.

When it comes to the best hospitals in Abuja, Nizamiye Hospital truly stands out not just in the city, but possibly in all of Nigeria. My mom had been sick, and after visiting three different hospitals with no improvement, we finally took her to Nizamiye. From the very day we arrived, we began to see real results, her condition started improving immediately. The staff are incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. The hospital also provides three nutritious meals a day as part of the care package, and the food is both healthy and well-prepared. I’ll forever be grateful for the care my mom received. Yes, it may be on the expensive side, but it’s 100% worth every naira. Exceptional service, genuine care, and remarkable results, Nizamiye Hospital is truly in a league of its own.

I am so impressed with Nizamaye hospital Abuja. Their services are top notch and their staff very professional and competent without any form of exaggeration. In 2022, I was admitted for a procedure and their diagnosis were accurate, the treatment was apt. 3 years after, I asked for my medical report without remembering the hospital number. Within hours, they got back to me with all reports and results without hitch and without demanding for anything as some other hospitals I visited did. I recommend Nizamiye to anyone who wants to get perfect health care in Nigeria and environs.

They are good, have all necessary equipment, neat and dutiful but I don't think I'll be returning after this my last visit. I want to believe something went wrong along the way with your staffs because this experience has left me traumatized. To get neglected on top of my own money without apology, no please

The Nizamiye Hospital Tanzanian-born doctor that I saw was very, very cavalier, in his suggestion of surgery for the ailment for which I went to this overhyped and over-priced Turkish hospital. I had previously consulted a Senior Nigerian Consultant Doctor, who recommended Nizamiye and had specifically mentioned that herniated disk condition was fairly common in older people, and usually resolved itself with medication and with time. The Senior Nigerian Consultant specifically said no surgery is usually necessary. Please see below: "See the neurologist at Nizamiye Hospital, however, it’s better to avoid surgery if you can. Herniated disc is common, especially among men. Most heal on their own eventually as long as you avoid walking, jogging, jumping, bending down too much or sitting down too much or lying on the bed/sleeping for long hours. Aerobic exercises and physiotherapy are very effective in the healing process. Medications are good especially when experiencing severe pain, but taking medications like naproxen or diclofenac for long duration can affect your kidneys." PSA - Public Service Announcement: Please stay away from Nizamiye Turkish Hospital in Abuja, if at all possible. Their facilities are nice, new and shiny, but there is more to a medical facility than shiny, brand new equipment and facilities. Nizamiye Turkish Hospital is outrageously expensive and, rather than treating whatever it is that ails you, they will try to sell you treatments and (unnecessary) surgery that may worsen your condition. For example, Whereas locally owned and operated NISA Hospital charges 10,000 Naira for Registration and initial consultation, Nizamiye Turkish Hospital charges 60,000 Naira for the same Registration and consultation, with a doctor whose spoken English accent you may not understand!!!!! Whereas NISA charges 130,000 Naira for MRI, Nizamiye wants more than double, 290,000 Naira. Not even in America does a MRI cost that much. Fortunately, in Lagos, and here in Abuja, we have reasonably priced alternative Nigerian medical facilities and doctors and medical professionals. Praise the Lord 😅😃😅 You've got NISA Hospital, Zemko? in Utako, Primus Hospital in Karu, etc and, of course, our government general hospitals in Wuse, Maitama, Asokoro, Garki, the National Hospital Abuja, etc. You might get better treatment in our local Nigerian health facilities than in an over-priced foreign owned for-profit health care facility. Thank you

The facilities, equipment medical, nursing team and the nursing care is amazing. However to ensure patients and beneficiaries get complete and complementary healthcare services, the hospital has to improve on the infection prevention and control especially in the wards. The cleaning is so awful and it’s evident that either the cleaners have no basic training or not performing their duties well. The diet; lack of proper balanced diet, no fruits, vegetables and cold food served to the patients. What I couldn’t fathom was how the management allows construction and renovation works that completely take away the peace and tranquility from the patients go on from 8-5. How does the management expect their patients to heal well with poor diet, unclean environment and in a noisy environment? This is so against the natural reasons
