Went there with my daughter's senior women's softball team after a tournament at the RAC in Lacey (they won). My first time but it's a regular stop for the team. Hard to decide with the extensive menu, but I wound up with the Seafood Dinner. Oysters, shrimp, halibut, cod,and clam strips, with salad and choice of potato. All that for $25 and I took the potato home in a box. I was tempted by the prime rib French dip (Sunday dinner special), the gizzards and fries, and the liver and onions. I'm sure I'll be back and will work on my wishlist.
BTW - my daughter had a white Russian and it was served in a water glass - I swear it must've been at least 12 ozs and I'm not talking about a glass of ice with a bit of liquid. Had a taste and it was very nice.
The service was friendly and efficient and we were a party of 12. There was a regular flow of guests for dinner, and the kitchen seemed able to handle it all with a good turnaround time.
If you're in the Olympia area or just passing by, get off at the Nisqually exit (114) and give the Nisqually Bar & Grill a try.
Been going here for years and to be honest was a little nervous about the ownership change- but I had nothing to be nervous about! Had to leave a review about the wings! Best wings I’ve had anywhere in the area- cooked to perfection and they are supersized! Well Done!
