Pat and Josh installed exhaust fan in our bathroom when I was at work.Came home to see what a fantastic job they did.They left my bathroom cleaner than before I Ieft.Nimmer is a company that has professional trustworthy and knowledgeable service technicians.They even left a personal note explaining what they did. I highly recommend Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning. I selected Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my 16 year old Bryant HVAC, due to some problems with my 16 year old air conditioner that Nimmer Heating had installed on April 2008. Rather than paying the cost to repair a 16 year old AC, I opted to just have both my Bryant air conditioner and furnace replaced with new Bryant HVAC system as of July 16, 2024. To my surprise, I was told, it could be done the next morning, July 17th at 7:30am, and I agreed. A three man crew led by Leadman Pat were at my house by 7:25am and the job was fully completed by 2:30pm. The crew did a great job replacing my Bryant furnace and air conditioner and I am very happy with Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning. Today, (July 22nd), I noticed a slight difference between my old system and my new HVAC system working with my Bryant Evolution Connex thermostat. I spoke with both Malinda and Beth at the office and Beth told me she would have a service tech stop by this afternoon, and it turns out, Jacob from Nimmer dropped by only a couple hours later. Jacob, remembered he had been at my home 4 years ago and actually put in an Aprilaire humidifier and then both of us remembered the install February 2020, and Jacob is a very honest person when he selected and installed a 500 series Aprilaire humidifier that still works perfectly every winter when it adds humidity into the ductwork to make the house less dry during winter. I give a 10 out of 10 for all the crew at Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning, including new owner Tyler Voyles. D. Zelmer

Came earlier than expected. Went into a totally messed up laundry room and fixted our boiler issue. He was in and out is less than an hour.

Our 26+ year old air conditioner stopped working during a recent heat wave, so we talked with Nimmer Heating & AC to replace both the AC and furnace with the newer Bryant Evolution Series 189BNV Air Conditioner and 987M Gas Furnace. We have been extremely satisfied with the scheduling and installation of the system and the performance of the system to date. After reviewing our options with Nimmer, we were able to secure an installation date about a week afterwards. The installation team (Josh, Pat and Matt) arrived promptly and installed and tested the new system in about a day, and clearly knew what they were doing. Their workmanship was top-notch and they were very friendly and knowledgable.

Overall very disappointed with this business. Called a couple of years ago to get them to come out. Was told I'd get a call back and never did. Against my better judgement I gave them a call again last month and was told there was a long waiting list. Okay, no rush, put me on it and lets get a date on the calendar. I was told I'd get a call back in a day or two with an update on their backlog and to schedule an appt. Over 2 weeks later they finally called for a last minute appt. on the 5th of July. I adjusted my long weekend plans to fit them in and they came. As soon as the tech arrived the power went out. Not either one's fault but he couldn't diagnose the ac. I expected to get a trip charge since he came out but they also charged me the full diagnosis fee for doing nothing. Had they just charged a trip charge I would have considered that fair and had them return to diagnose it. They would have got the fee then and more for any tuneup/repairs. Since they decided to gouge me on that trip I'll never call them again. They are unreliable, poor communication/scheduling and I wouldn't trust them to bill me fairly next time.

I needed my air conditioner fixed. Jacob came to fix it and did a perfect job. Wouldn’t want anyone else to come. Very nice happy guy. Came on time and took hardly any time to fix. Very , very happy with him. Definitely use again and recommend your business.

Excellent service. AC went out during 85 degree heat. Called Nimmer and had a tech at my house within an hour. Paid a little extra for out of territory but worth it. Pat had the issue of a failed capacitor diagnosed within 5 mins and repaired within 30 mins even with having to do a somewhat creative solution. Quick, professional, affordable.

Heating system diagnosis and maintenance. I was prepared to pay for the diagnostic fee but feel the additional charges are unwarranted. First, I was told that this was something Jake "must" do. Second, they seem to be a result of the new expansion tank installation being done incorrectly and there should be no additional charge. P.S. Nimmer resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction. They even went beyond my expectations.
