I have just bought Nikki's 4 week food plan as I would love to experience more balanced hormones. I have read through it and its so much more than food and recipes that I actually want to eat. Its worth the price tag for the meals and shopping list alone however, you also get tips about things useful to know before starting, expert mindset advice which I know from my own expertise really makes a difference, the knowledge of how to make the changes stick, general principles to help long after the 4 week food plan and motivation. I can't wait to get started and report back on the changes I know this will bring for me!

Nikki delivered a very interesting talk to staff today about cardiovascular health in the menopause. We learned alot in a short time and the talk was well received and still be discussed in the office. Nikki has a great, approachable delivery style and we hope to book more talks in the future. Nikki has provided excellent advice based on personal and analytical reviews and results. We have tweaked my diet and made adjustments/additions to my supplements and I now have a lot more energy and able to focus better again. I would highly recommend investing in health, especially hormone health to all women.

I worked with Nikki Harris 2 years ago now, this was a great experience for me. Nikki gave me her knowledge of foods and weight loss, this did work for me as I lost weight and felt better in my self over the months we worked together. I would advice any woman to work with nikki as she has great knowledge with foods and the menopause . I would rate my experience with a 5 star 🌟

Nikki delivered a talk for staff where I work about what happens during menopause and things we can do to help ourselves and others. The session was fantastic - it was expertly delivered, very insightful and we all learned a lot. We had both women and men attend, as the men wanted to support their co-workers and women in their lives. Nikki made it a safe place to ask questions and explained how men can help the women in their lives also. Everyone needs to get Nikki in to talk to their women and men about women's hormone health, it was so beneficial for us as a team.

After having consultations and tests with Nikki, I have tackled my weight gain & the chronic problems I was experiencing with digestion and migraine. I have since lost over a stone! I came to see Nikki as I had a thyroid issue and I wanted to take a more natural approach to my health. Nikki ran some tests on my thyroid and she carefully explained what was happening with my thyroid and why I was feeling the was, which all made sense to me. After following her recommendations, I have a lot more energy, plus my goiter has reduced in size (which is really noticeable). Overall, I'm feeling much better within myself. I now know what foods I need to avoid so it isn't going to make my condition worse.
