Poorly built apartment, incompetence and theft
Teh apartment was originally unsuitable for habitation. They then took weeks of emailing to then forget to fix things. Finally made up fake reasons to not give the damage deposit back. One of which was their movers messing the place up when they moved the furniture out.

Due to a fire in my home, my insurance carrier placed me in temporary housing. My relocation specialist connected me with Angel Young, the Guest Service Manager at NIKA Corporate Housing.
A lease was signed, and my journey began. Over the course of 18 months, I interacted extensively with Angel. She was with me through this challenging time and acted as an excellent liaison between the apartment complex and myself. Every concern I had was handled professionally and promptly. Angel's communication was exemplary, keeping me informed of every development.
Based on my experience, I rate Angel as a 10+ and would highly recommend her company for anyone in need of corporate housing.

Perfect solution for a short term lease while waiting for the overseas delivery of our household goods. Their furnished homes and apartments are better and more affordable than staying in hotels with kids for months. We are from Texas and felt so close to home. Angel made the process smooth. The move in/out instructions that she emailed were easy to follow. Any questions we had Angel was quick to respond. Great apartment complex. Parking garage came in handy. Easy access to groceries stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended 10/10👍👍
Everything from the check-in to the check-out was great! I will look to stay here any time I return to Tampa. The location was the best, and my family loved the pool. Tiffany and Angel were great to work with.
We have stayed with Nika Housing for the last 8 years and we keep coming back. As long as we are able to travel to Florida, Nike will be out lodging of choice. We are treated courteously and professionally and they bend over backwards to take care of our needs.
Although it has been years since I needed to contact Nika Corporate Housing for lodging, they came through for me as they always do. It was an absolute pleasure working with both Cecelia and Angel. These 2 ladies are the best at what they do. I only worked with Cecilia and Angel, but I am sure the entire Nika staff is awesome. Cecilia and Angel made sure I was taken care of in a short time and kept in contact with me during the entire process. I will definitely contact Nika Corporate Housing every time I come to the Tampa area.
My husband and I just loved the place. We felt safe, happy and had lots to do. The complex is wonderful. The trash and recycling areas were always clean. Any concern we had was immediately addressed (toilet seat, TV) Move out instructions were clearly explained.
I would recommend putting a small bench or chair in each bedroom. It would help with getting dressed or just reading.
Other than that my husband Jim and I loved the location and complex. We just loved our stay and really miss the sunshine.
We do plan to return and gave your card out to hopefully new clients.
The food trucks and other activities offered are such a great way to meet others.

Nika Corporate Housing hosted my wife and I for 30 days in January 2023 at Cortland Gateway in Pinellas Park, Florida. The facility is first rate. The unit with two beds and two baths is spacious with a large kitchen and a view overlooking the pool and pond with electric grills outside next to a game room and outside furniture. Nika Corporate provides a clean unit, enough pots, pans and utensils to serve four. We enjoyed our time and a big thank you to Nika Corporate and the enter staff for a job well done. Nika Corporate Housing is operated by a staff that is both caring and professional. Nika Corporate Housing provided my family with 6 months of comfortable and spacious accommodations and if work allowed we would have happily stayed longer. From the superb accommodations, outstanding communication from both Hannah and Angel and care shown by checking on us during a natural disaster / providing additional accommodations for a special circumstance I can honestly say I’ve seen no other business as great as Nika Corporate Housing. I highly recommend this business and hope to

I had 2 days to arrive to Tampa and they squared me away. I handled almost nothing, so that was a huge weight off my shoulders. Furniture was decent enough. Staff was attentive and answered all calls. Not a single complaint. I got 3 of my buddies to sign up and they love their units.
