Excellent dentist, great customer service from all. Dr Zain was very honest and helpful, Sumya, Aqsa and Kelise were great help.

Booked myself an appointment here for some severe tooth pain, was seen once in the morning for X-Rays and they were even able to book me in again the very same day for a Root Canal when I had made my decision. Very professional and lovely staff who genuinely care about the level of care you receive. Dr Zane did an excellent and all of the other staff, Maddiha, Aqsa and Libby were welcoming and fantastic on all their support. If you ever need emergency treatment I highly recommend.

The reception team is very friendly. Very comfortable working hours in case of emergency. The place is dog friendly (Very important when you have anxiety at the dentist) Unfortunately the place is a bit pricy comparing to others.

Came in last night for a tooth extraction was in so much pain but the staff were so great they were so patient everytime I had to rinse my mouth out from pain and were very understanding and when they removed the tooth it was quick and painless so big thank you to Madding Aqua Dr syed Anas

I would leave a 0 but impossible. In December last year my permanent retainer broke and went down to their clinic as I was scared my teeth will start moving. They told me they’d put a new one for £700, which is a lot of money. I said yes and they started working. First of all they kept me there with my mouth open for 2hrs not even letting me breathe for one minute, the doctor and the nurse poked me everywhere in the mouth constantly, it felt like I was the first pacient they’ve ever had. I was in pain for two hours and the procedure was not supposed to be painful. Mid way through I was holding in tears and praying to God it will be over soon.2 Months after, the composite of a tooth on the lower arch broke and had to go back to my home country to get it fixed. No long after that, the actual retainer broke in two places on the upper arch. My teeth have since moved and I require to wear braces again, after already wearing them once. In 9 years I had no issues with my retainer or my teeth, now after my visit here I need braces, which cost more than 4.5 K. All this because of the stupid decision I made of coming to this clinic. I’ve been to doctors in Europe, you can barely feel when they work on your teeth and the prices are cheaper of course. At this clinic, they had no inclination whatsoever for dentistry, they only had the studies but did not apply them correctly. I do not recommend, especially for orthodontic issues and if they have no specialists in orthodontics they shouldn’t have taken my case, they should have sent me elsewhere. But I guess as long as you get money out of it you don’t care what sort of harm and repercussions you can create for someone in need. Horrible experience!

I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to the amazing Dr Mostafa and all staff at the practice. We have had 3 visits for fillings for my 7 year old daughter who is been crying and screaming nonstop. The Dr and the amazing nurse were so patient and understanding every time. I just want to say thank you 🙏🏼

Highly recommend! I had so much trouble trying to find a dentist qualified enough to remove my wisdom tooth which was causing me toothache, migraines and sickness with the pain, I tried one NHS and several Private dentist and was told several times that these places would definitely be able to remove it and all had me wasting my time and money to tell me they can’t do it, I sent a X-RAY photo to Night and Day Emergency dentist on WhatsApp and explained the situation, the staff were AMAZING (thank you so much) I was booked in and seen within the hour! Numbed me up took better X-RAYs and removed it pain free! I can not thank and recommend Night and Day Emergency Dentist enough!

If I could give a lower review I would. 50 pound fee to get seen for 5 minutes, not properly evaluated, and nearly scammed. I have an infection in my gums (diagnosed and now treated by my normal NHS dentist). The provider I was seen by at this practice looked in my mouth for not even a full minute before recommending a cleaning and round of antibiotics for 275£ on top of the 50£ fee. I declined and asked for just the prescription, they tried to charge me £75 for a PRESCRIPTION, which is ILLEGAL in England. 0/10, shocking that they’re in business, I would stay away and just call 111 dental line.

I found the dentists who helped me remove my damaged wisdom tooth very helpful and all dental practice staff were kind, caring and professional. The front desk staff were friendly and offered us drinks whilst we waited and updated us on time frames. Overall it was great and I would definitely go again if needed, thank you for all your help!😁

Big thank you to Madeha for treating me today. Had a filling that dropped out which needed refilling urgently. Appointment was made swiftly and the whole process from beginning to end was very smooth and efficient. Staff at the practice were all really friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease, especially as I have had bad dental experiences in other places in the past. Thank you all :)

Was in agony for 3 days needed my tooth taken out everybody from the man on reception to the dentist himself was fabulous really kind people put me at ease and looked after me

Not great, Dentist was ok but didn’t inform me that there would be a prescription charge of £50 just for a piece of paper. Then on top of that paper prescription the charge of the medication. So I just said leave it and walked out as I had no idea a piece of paper would be £50. I asked for further information on the next steps that I have available to me and they just take ages to reply. Still not heard back after weeks. I wouldn’t use again.

For someone who hasn't been dentist in a very long time i was very nervous. Its safe to say Dr Razak and Lisa were very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend
