Rude owner and poor service
The service was extremely disappointing, with unprofessional handling of concerns. The owner was particularly rude, which made the experience frustrating and surprising. I expected much better treatment and respect as a customer.

We engaged Nifty Marketing to carry out Local Search optimisation for 2 business locations. We already ranked in the 3 pack for both locations on our 2 desired search terms. Our goal was to be listed in the 3 pack for both locations throughout our whole region of Newcastle for those 2 search terms. Nifty assured us they could achieve this within 6 weeks. There was some initial improvement on our rank, but nothing like what was promised. Over 12 weeks after commencement Nifty sent us a final report showing our ranking averaging between position 8 and position 4 , with some parts of Newcastle being lower than position 20. With this final report, Nifty marketing advised us to go elsewhere.
We wrote Nifty that we felt the commitment in terms of goals had not been met. Nifty did not reply.

We were initially engaged to rank you on google maps for 2 keywords which we did successfully in 1 month then furthermore we improved your traffic 3 fold for your website as you were looking at getting more leads.
Furthermore, we have done all that and have mentioned that your current website was in need of a revamp due to it being unstable e.g. 52 plugins outdated and that it was not optimised for performance thus leading to poor speed. On top of this even though we tripled your traffic being genuine traffic we are not responsible if you cannot convert your leads this is your internal process.
We opted to help build you a website for FREE to help your struggling website which you refused and were adamant for us to follow your instructions instead of you following our marketing protocol.
We adhered to your protocols to make you happy as you kept calling weekly changing the strategy.
Screenshot as per above that we have responded and also that we do not take on clients who are constantly changing the strategy and deal that was first prescribed to them to suit themselves in spite of attacking your competitors and not focusing on the ultimate goal of building more leads and building your business.
