I could not fault Michelle and Nick as a job seeker. They were both incredibly friendly and honest and are an absolute credit to the industry. I was open to new opportunities but was not actively hunting for a specific role. Nick and Michelle took time to get to know me, my experience, my drive and my wants for a new role to support with finding the perfect employer and job that fit me. I’ve ended up in a role that was literally tailor made to suit my skills and experience combined with the needs of the agency I’ve joined and their clients. What stood out to me most was that then were incredibly respective of my boundaries and my situation, and did not constantly call me like many recruiters do or put pressure on at all. They gave me the information needed and let me make decisions in my own time. Whilst I hope I won’t need to for a long time thanks to such a great employer/employee match, I would not hesitate to reach out to Niche Recruitment again in the future if I needed to.
