Horrible place. They tightened my lug nuts way to tight. I took it to two other mechanics to gets the lug nuts off and they ended up breaking one because they were so tight. I took it back to them and they at first said they were on very tight and it was hard to get them off. It took them four hours to do this while I sat and waited. They couldn’t get the broke lug nut of and said they weren’t liable because someone else broke it. But if they wouldn’t have put them on so tight it wouldn’t have broken. They said they couldn’t fix it and they weren’t liable because they didn’t break the lug nut. So I had to leave with no help from them. And them yelling at me saying it wasn’t there fault.

Thank you for your review and we do apologize for your experience. When the vehicle was brought to us you did of course inform us that another facility broke a lug nut and asked us to loosen the rest so you could get the brakes done. We did as requested with the exception of the front driver broken lug nut that was broken. We did inform you that we could remove the broken one but there would be a cost seeing that another facility broke it in half. Unfortunately we never came to an agreement on said lug nut and was told to bring the car down.

We do apologize for the experience you had with us. Seeing as we tried providing multiple solutions to the issues that came up, each were turned down and we were only able to resolve the tire issue afterwards. There was not much we could do to help you. thank you for the review.
Absolute worst place in powder sorings as far as mechanic shops! I highly recommend to go some where else. Ive been there twice with 2 different vehicles. Once with a truck That I gave them the benefit of the doubt long because there is a lot wrong with the suspension and then I decided to take my car up there…… worst decision ever. On both vehicles I had to take them back after originally taking it up there for certain reason just to come to find out that they couldn’t complete the alignment. The truck they left bolts loose on control arm. On the vehicle they told me they weren’t gonna be able to do it because I had parts put on from a mobile mechanic before I brought it up there to get an alignment. The reason I brought it up there was because the mobile mechanic couldn’t do the alignment without the machinery or proper equipment to complete the job. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the job done that they would have to start all the way over with the work that was just done by a different mechanic. I highly recommend do not go there!
Crooked people! Couldn’t fix our car because they didn’t have the technician to do the work, but still charged for absolutely nothing!

Thank you for your review. As we stated early on before we diagnosed the vehicle there was an Diagnosis fee. Normally Carmax would of taken care of this but they instructed that the customer would be responsible for it. We do apologize if there was any misunderstanding.

Slow. Took 35 minutes to get a tire switched over. Then the older mechanic didn’t even want to balance the tire but luckily the younger more professional mechanic took care of us. On our way out the skinny old one was like “you’ll just call when your ready to sew or fire me.” Will not be returning
My husband went to shop yesterday 10/19 around 1030am to get a tire. Next morning woke up had an emergency Get outside to see the tire we brought from this location is all the way flat. Tire looks as if it was patched and around my rim has black substance that looks like some kind of sealant. Also let me say we called prior asked for a certain size tire they gave us a different size asked for 225/55/17 or 205/65/16 (currently on my car), the tire we got 215/65/16 (only tire on the car that’s different) .This is unacceptable not even 24hrs First time and definitely Last. Sad you can’t get good service anymore ppl just wanna make money.
UPDATE:
I can say I do appreciate how they went about resolving the situation. They replaced the tire and didn’t take a long time so far so good

Amazing work, very respectful and reasonable pricing. I have used them several times and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very satisfied. I was there yesterday and all my issues were corrected and in a timely manner.
