Got a text out of the blue asking if I'd like a free inspection on my roof and property. Within an hour, Matt showed up and got on it. It was raining, but he suited up and inspected everything, presented what he found, and even repaired some minor issues free of charge. He was very friendly and I'd recommend Matt and NextGen Restoration to anyone.

Some scummy little 20 year old from this company showed up at my door with hey dudes on and sweat pant shorts. He had an old extension ladder ratchet strapped onto a Chevy Cruze (which he clearly spray painted over the rust.) He proceeded to show me pictures of blisters on shingles on his phone and claimed it was hail damage and then begged me to get on my roof. The tips of his thumbs and thumb nails looked like he was rubbing them on a cheese grader. He said he would pay my deductible so I could get everything for free, something doesn’t seem right about this guy or this company…

Great crew, the workers were mission oriented on completion, with a very nice attitude. Brandon Pierce was very professional on tasking, also was very attentive and knowledgeable with questions answers. I personally would like to mention his professionalism is very out going. GREAT JOB I love my home and now more with my roof replacement.

NextGen did a full roof and gutter replacement for me in September. I can't say enough good things about the entire team that I interacted with. Justin Messner was my main point of contact and was extremely professional and helped guide me through the whole process (especially with the insurance company). On construction day, Brandon Pierce and Olvin's team did an absolutely meticulous job both on the roof and the cleanup. There were no surprises or hidden costs....the team kept me in the loop every step of the way and truly went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NexGen and would absolutely use them in the future if needed.

From start to finish, NextGen Restoration did an amazing job. Our salesman, Andrew Kowalski, was very patient and knowledgeable with our questions. Kept in contact throughout the process. Project supervisor, Brandon Pierce, was also great with answering questions day of installation. Kept us informed of what was going on. The crew was outstanding. Worked hard all day to get the roof completed. Meticulous with cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend NextGen Restoration!!

I was extremely satisfied with the NextGen Restoration team that helped us secure a new roof following hail damage from a storm. From start to finish, every person that I dealt with was courteous, answered all my question, and handled all the interactions with the insurance company. The crew that did the roofing work in one day really knew what they were doing and did a great job of protecting the landscaping around the house and cleaning up during and after the job was done. I would without hesitation recommend NextGen Restoration or utilize them in the future.

Quite a team from sales all the way through to job completion. This was not a typical situation where you call up a roofer and wait, beg and pray to get your job done. NextGen handled everything from start to finish in a very acceptable manner. Kudos to Kody and Dustin who put this deal together and scheduled it according to our needs. Kudos to Brandon for overseeing the job so it was done properly and to our satisfaction. Someone ought to buy this guy a nice lunch. I would be remiss in not praising the dedicated roofing team who worked under a blazing sun to get this job done in a very professional manner. Hey, NextGen does gutters and downspouts also! The day after the roofing job, they replaced every gutter and downspout on the house. That team was very friendly and stayed until we were completely satisfied with every detail They look GREAT! Thanks all very much.

I had a minor leak in my ceiling due to some storm damage and Justin was very pleasant to work with. He came to my home twice to make sure he would diagnose the problem. He performed a thorough inspection of my roof and was very detailed in explaining to me our different options and what to look out for with our roof and the next steps. I would highly recommend Justin and this company due to their attention to detail and flexibility.
