I’ve heard good things about NextGen. Zach came over delivered above expectations though. He was very knowledgeable. Took me on the roof to show me where the problems were. Helped walk me through every step of the process very smoothly. He wasn’t rushing me through anything. Zach was teaching a class of one on my roof and around my house. Made sure I was taken care of even after he left. Kept me updated. Zach is an awesome representative of the company. He really impressed me. He wasn’t just talking he put in the work. He didn’t use NextGen’s name to sell services. He sold his work ethic and knowledge then used NextGen to back up his claims.

Eh.. they promised the world in terms of getting auxiliary damage reimbursed from the hail storm. They did ok on the roof. Have no way to gauge that I suppose. We went with them because they were so confident in getting other things repaired and once the papers were signed, they put the burden back on me to get the things they promised reimbursed. I blame me. I had doubts in the beginning. I believe my rep is no longer there but doesn't really change anything.

I had a great experience with Brandon Pierce. He came out the very same day to look at my siding and was quick, professional, and efficient. He even went up into the attic to inspect everything and make sure the boards were in good shape. I really appreciated how thorough he was and the time he took to ensure everything was checked properly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

We had a hail storm in the area a few months ago. This led to the equivalent of ambulance chasing from so many companies trying to get our insurance money to do replacements. This ended up with way more working trying to ensure companies were trustworthy and not just out to get the quick buck. From the beginning, NextGen was great to work with, and that's why we ultimately selected them. Up front, Jon was amazing to work with, and probably a large part of why we went with NextGen. We were amazed by the time and level of detail he took in his inspection process. He took lots of photos and not only walked us through each one to explain what the concern was but also shared them with us for our own records. He seems to always be working, and we were super impressed with him. The day of the roof replacement went very smoothly. Their team showed up bright and early as they said. The roofing team was friendly and super efficient. They finished everything in about 8 hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I was impressed by the amount of protection they put down and how careful they were to try to get all debris picked up and gone. Brandon Pierce (Quality Control Specialist) was also super helpful the day of. He stopped by and made sure everything was progressing nicely and then came back at the end of the day to inspect the work. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with NextGen and would definitely recommend them to others.

There have been many people in the neighborhood having roofs done after the september storm. Literally my roof looks the best! Very professional team hardworking roofers. My job coordinator Josh is amazing. These people don't have you sign the contract and then leave you hanging for months. They take it right to work and get it done.And do a fabulous job. Update; 3 months later and my siding is finally done. Screws and nails left all over my back patio and left the old materials they tore off. Very unprofessional. Replace your siding crew NextGen.

The team seamlessly handled the installation, ensuring the roof edges, flashing, and gutter runs were all perfectly aligned and watertight. What really stood out was Brandon's professionalism. He made sure to communicate the scope of work clearly and kept me updated on their progress. From the minute, they arrived on my property and discussed The damage that was done to my home from a severe hail storm, they were polite, professional and very knowledgeable in the work they do. They met with my insurance adjuster the following day and got approval to have all of the work done that was needed. We worked with David from NexGen to pick out colors and materials for the repairs. Within a short time we were scheduled to have the work done. Sean Masters was the foreman, him and his crew arrived on time. Did an incredible job. Left my property looking better than it ever has. Again before you look at any other company, please call these guys first, and you will not be calling anybody after.

NextGen started our project last year with the roof. Now with winter over, they came back to do the siding, soffit, window wraps, and stone work. Gutters to come next week. Our Quality Control Specialist, Brandon Pierce, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and great with communicating. He was on-site everyday and answered every question or concern. He told me the only dumb question is the one you don't ask! Brandon went over every last detail and made sure our expectations were met. The G-twins crew did the installation. What a great group of guys who have an eye for detail and are very skilled in their trade. They were very respectful to us and our home. At the end of each work day everything was cleaned up and tidy. I would definitely recommend NexGen and Brandon for all your project needs! You won't be sorry! Our house is now the talk of the neighborhood! Thank you!

I had damage to our roof and siding and had to file a homeowners claim. It was a very long and exhausting process, but the team at NextGen Restoration were a phenomenal help. They guided me through the whole process. It took months to get it all done, but that was because of the insurance not wanting to pay out, big surprise there, lol. That said, NextGen Restoration fought for me the whole way and basically handled the entire claim for me. Thank you all for your hard work, professionalism, and support throughout this process. I also want to recognize Brandon Pierce. We discovered that a bird had managed to get into a small gap by the chimney. I placed a call to Brandon and he came out at the end of his day to clear it out and fix the gap. I gave 5 stars and I stand by that review. However, if there was one thing I would change, it would be the amount of time it takes to get a response from the office and the lack of acknowledgement when a voicemail or message is left. I won't name names because I have no doubt that you are all busy. That said, I did place multiple calls to two young ladies that were supposed to be my contact persons for scheduling and questions, but I never received a call back from either one.
