Great place to stay in central Santiago Great location within walking distance of many main attractions, markets, parks, shopping, etc. Very helpful staff and good breakfast with ability to cook your own eggs. Comfortable beds and ensue bathroom a plus.

Amazing Experience I really loved the experience of being at Hostal Florestal, it was so much more than what I expected before getting to know the hostel. Everything was amazing, not only the place and the services but also the staff, they made me feel as if I was home and this is priceless and there's no doubt, whenever I go back to Santiago I'll stay there. Trully loved the place and the people there, I indicate it to everyone who's thinking about visiting Santiago.

nice place I stayed here on my way to Eatern Island and I liked it so much so I stayed on my way back as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very central located but you could hardly hear anything from the noisy city.

Quarto sem água aquecida Me hospedei em janeiro de 2020 no Hostel Forestal com um amigo. O banheiro privativo não tinha água aquecida (como havia sido prometido), a qualquer hora do dia a água ficava gelada, sendo impossível tomar banho a noite com risco de ter alguma hipotermia. Além disso, não os foi disponibilizado toalhas (sendo que havíamos pagado pra isso). Café da manhã muito simples, muito mesmo. Nos dias em que estávamos hospedados estava ocorrendo algumas manifestações pontuais e o cheiro do gás lacrimogênio estava incomodando nossos olhos e boca. Mas isso não digo que seja culpa do local, acontece. Fora isso, o ambiente é agradável e a noite vc pode interagir com os outros hóspedes.

Great Hostel in Great Location with Great Staff I stayed here this past December and January, I can't speak highly enough of the staff that run the place. Great location along Parque Forestal with staff that are always organizing activities in the hostel and can tell you everywhere to go. I definitely will stay here again when I visit Santiago next.

Excelente El hostel está muyyy bueno. La limpieza era impecable, muchos baños compartidos y siempre limpios, cómodos y con agua caliente espectacular. El desayuno super completo y un plus importante para quedarte ahí. Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención, todos son super amables y buena onda,les gusta charlar, compartir y se interesan en los viajeros.Tiene un patio pequeño y un living que ayuda a que conozcas gente y siempre haya con quién charlar y pasarla super bien. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

Excelente Hostal. Fiquei hospedada por 1 semana, fomos recepcionados pelo Juan, pessoa maravilhosa e muito prestativo. Excelente custo-benefício, ótima localização. Quartos bem limpos, café satisfatório. Toda equipe do Hostal bastante receptiva. Amei minha hospedagem.

Melhor Hostel! Nunca fui tão bem recepcionada em nenhum lugar. Me senti em família! Pessoas extremamente simpáticas, limpeza intacta, ótima localização. Cozinha bem espaçosa, quartos fresquinhos apesar do calor de Santiago, enfim, tudo perfeito! Ter passado a virada de ano lá, com certeza, foi a melhor escolha.

Perfeito!! Tudo 100%, limpeza, cordialidade.. Um ótimo lugar pra fazer amizades novas, todos são muito simpáticos inclusive os funcionários! Cozinha grande com todos os utensílios, e pra quem gosta vende cerveja gelada e barata. Com certeza irei voltar.

Clean, central, and great staff This hostel is in a great location to check out the city. It has a clean and friendly welcoming vibe. The breakfast is good value and the coffee was a always a good start to the day. But the main attraction to this hostel is the staff! Every member was so friendly and willing to help. They all had a great knowledge of the city and if they didnt have the answer to any question they would find out. Being her for Christmas the staff made us all feel like family and organized a big group dinner. Great place to stay.

EXCELENTE HOSTEL Um excelente hostel em todos os quesitos. Bem localizado ao Centro de Santiago facilitando a locomoção proporcionando boas caminhadas para conhecer vários pontos turísticos da cidade em um dia. Os funcionários são mega solicitos e simpáticos, principalmente o Juan. Se tivermos a possibilidade de voltarmos um dia em Santiago não pensaremos duas vezes em voltar para o Hostal Forestal

O melhor Hostel de Santiago O Hostal Forestal foi a melhor escolha que fizemos! O Hostel é centralizado próximo as estações de metrô e próximo aos pontos turísticos da cidade! Café da manhã excelente, banheiros e quartos limpos! O atendimento é maravilhoso, eles são atenciosos, educados e tratam todos os hóspedes com muito carinho! Eles nos ajudaram com muita atenção! A viagem foi ainda melhor por que escolhemos o melhor Hostal de Santiago! Celebrei meu aniversário no Hostel e eles foram maravilhosos, preparam uma surpresa linda para mim e me parabenizaram lindamente! O melhor Hostel de Santiago! Voltarei para o Chile e com certeza voltarei para o Hostal Forestal! O melhor atendimento que já tive até hoje!

Best atmosphere thanks to great staff The hostel is definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to! The rooms and bathrooms are good and clean & the breakfast is also really good! But what I loved most about the hostel is the best staff ever! I was here 3 times between October and December and although the protests in Santiago were practically next door I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable thanks to Juan, Cassandra and all the other amazing people here! They create the best social atmosphere and events in the evening which make it very easy to meet new people and help with every little problem! Thanks to this staff I felt home immediately and coming back to Santiago was always really nice!

You’ll feel at home in this hostel! The plan was to stay for 4 days, but I ended up staying over 2 weeks. The staff of this place is incredible! Its like being in their livingroom. They join you on daytrips or nights out and always in for a laugh! Also the hostel offers the things you need - Fully equipped kitchen - Hot Showers - Great Wifi - 5 min from Metro Station/ Restaurants/ Bar I stayed here during the protests at Plaza Italia and did not felt scared at any point. The protest get pretty violent during the night, but not towards tourists. All the people, even the police will help you to get save. Thank you Forestal Family. You’ve bin a too good! ACONCHEGO! Que local incrível de passar seus dias em Santiago! Banheiro limpo, quarto organizado e muito confortável, localização excelente, café da manhã super agradável. E o mais importante: você se sente super querido. Os funcionários todos muito cuidadosos e prestativos. Aproveitamos muito as noites de jogos e pisco. Sem sombra de dúvidas iremos voltar pois ficou um pouco de nós lá.

Maravilhoso! Experiência incrível! Passamos 7 dias hospedadas no Hostal e foi tudo maravilhoso. Todos os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo, limpeza impecável, noites de jogos, piscos e empanadas super divertidas! Voltaremos em breve.
