Go Immigration Ltd was our saviour. Due to NZ Immigration temporarily losing and not progressing our file, my sister was very close to losing pre-purchased flight tickets because her visa was not approved in time. In 27 years in NZ I have always applied for my visitors by myself without any issues.

Having little experience with the immigration process, I recently was involved with Sanela Barac of Go Immigration in regard to a visa. Sanela was outstanding. Sanela is truly amazing! When my working holiday visa was about to expire, I was stuck on what to do next. That's when I decided to reach out to Sanela. After our first phone call, my fears turned into confidence. Sanela knows all the ins and outs of visa processes and which documents are needed, how to put them together, which details are essential. She's thorough , quick, reliable, and always responds to calls and messages. Even if she can't pick up, she'll send a text or call back as soon as she can (usually immediately).
My situation seemed tough, and honestly, I didn't think I could get a new visa, especially on such short notice. What sets Sanela apart is that she's not just doing a job; she genuinely cares. It was clear from our first call that she was personally invested in my case.
I got my visa in the shortest time possible. To be honest, it seemed that the immigration agents already knew how thorough and trustworthy she, hence no ping pong messaging and no missing documents or files.
I can't remember who recommended her, but whoever it was, I can't thank them enough!
And if you're in doubt about getting an immigration agent - don't look any further, Sanela is just BRILLIANT!
