Newton's is solid, i 100% recommend. My computer kept shutting off randomly and the genius bar at Apple could not diagnose what's wrong. The guys at Newton, was able to triage the issue quickly, order my parts and have everything fixed within a week. They worked with my schedule b/c not having my computer would disrupt work. I am very very happy. YOu'll be taken care of if you come to this shop
I had an external hard drive which was not loading to my Mac Book. I needed access to it and Newton’s fixed the problem within 24 hours, transferring the data to another hard drive whilst explaining the likely problem. I could not have asked for more.

Took my laptop here and was ensured there was nothing wrong with my battery and I needed a logic board replacement to the tune of £180. Received the service and laptop was still not working properly. Took it back in and was told I need a battery replacement after being told initially I definitely did not.. Man working in the shop was rude and unhelpful when I returned. Happy to take money but not rectify problems. It’s a really upsetting experience to be scammed by a business in this way.
