Great addition to daily routine
Had for just about a week now, and do find the cold pod a great part of daily routine. Didn’t want to splash out on an expensive ice bath (pun unintended) as i have a habit of starting things then losing interest after a while :L - hopefully this is a habit that sticks as it does make you feel great after.. Would definitely recommend people try it. temperature is ~ 12 degrees celsius as is (UK spring 2024) but the pod is in direct sunlight for a portion of the day, and consequently is difficult to get/maintain at really cold temps. I usually get it to around 10 with a few sandwich bags filled with ice. 10kg ice (approx. £10) got it down to 6 degrees celsius on one occasion. Scientific evidence is contradictory re the benefits of cold plunge, but it will at least force you to focus on your breath and build some will power if you use it regularly. To summarise: good product, £95 a lot of money for essentially a large paddling pool. However, I do enjoy it, will (hopefully) use it a lot, and it does look good and make you feel good.
Excellent.
I bought the bigger one, 90 cm. Excellent product, I am very happy with it. I already used it. I cannot fault it at all. I would highly recommend it. For the record: I started to use it when I started my 3 days sardine/mackerel challenge. The result was 2.2 lb (1kg) weight loss after 24 hours. About the cold bath: at first I just stepped in it, then I got out after few seconds, then I put my arms in the cold water, then I stepped in again. I repeated it few times, until I realised that I couldn't feel the cold anymore. Then I started to sit down gradually. I still cannot believe that I was able to do that.:)

Too big in height, not wide enough in breadth.
While the bath does seem quite well built and robust, I feel like it was designed for tall dangly people. I'm 5 11 and I can get into fairly easy, but my partner who is smaller needs something to stand on to get into the bath. It's unfortunate, as it seems like you'll be getting it back.

Disappointed
The pod arrived in good time. Easy to assemble and looked the part unfortunately only a few days in there was air leaking from the seam and although the pod does come with repair patches they wouldn’t have done the job so I returned and was refunded the next day. Unfortunate as I was really enjoying it. It’s a great way to start the day.
Good cold bath with only only major flaw.
Ice bath is fine and is good for the price as a standard pod but there’s a major flaw in the lid, there is a mesh hole in the centre of the lid and if you have your pod near the eves of your house you should expect a few twigs and grime which means you need to clean the pod out and re-fill 2/3 times a week if you want clean water

An easy 5* across the board
This won't be the best water bucket to sit in. It seems a lot of money for what it is but that's reality. If you're not rich then just get it. You won't be disappointed. I fill mine using plastic ice blocks and water bags from my freezer. Easy peasy. Epsom salts to extent water clarity @ £2 a kilo if you search hard enough.
