DON'T RECCOMEND ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ VERY IRRESPONSIBLE company. PROMISES ONE THING AND FAILS TO MEET DEADLINES. THE MANAGER POLINA IS JUST terrible, she doesn’t know how to speak English and how to listen to people! It’s impossible to get through by phone, they simply don’t pick up the phone, although they probably see that the client is calling!!! They don’t reply to messages for a long time.

I was truly unhappy and dissatisfied with their service at the time I made this post. Without any assistance, I simply left my money. I will say this again: before you pay, please think twice because you might not get the service you want and you might lose your money without getting anything in return. The way they addressed your queries after taking your money is so inappropriate for the client.

wouldn't recommend, you are asked to do everything alone with impossible deadlines. On handing in day my documentation they asked me to leave at the office were forgotten. Also they didn't ask me for a specific document with a matter of urgency, only to tell me I got a negative decision. I am forced to start accumulating impossible documentation such as high bank statements with funds that are impossible to get on such short notice. Very defensive and rude when confronted by the customer and you would think they would reassure and apologize but not at all. Honestly I just feel like this is unfair for the amount paid for their services, having a lawyer should give one confidence but I might as well have done the process alone, now instead of focusing on my thesis I'm forced to start running around for all these documents all over again… I’d also like to add it took me almost a year to get the TRC card. My review still stands(even after their reply which I must add Again has no accountability in it whatsoever even though everyone knows the customer is always right ) that was my experience and I’d just like to give an honest opinion that may help anyone else . Thank you !
