How rare to find a company who puts the customer first. Although quoted for suite and carpet cleaning, Wayne advised me the material on my suite wasn't suitable and he would not be able to guarantee the result. He would rather lose the business than walk away from a less than perfect clean.
The carpets he cleaned were immaculate.

The man who cleaned my carpet was very rude and didn't clean the carpet properly.He was charging for an extra 25p despite 75p was the agreed fee It was done in a hurry.Moreover he didn't want to clean the carpets that was agreed on .After much hesitation he finally agreed to clean but was done in a hurry.

I did clean the carpets agreed . When I first came I asked wot 2 carpets needed cleaning and and you said living room and hallway . And when I had done that you said no I never asked you to clean the hallway it was the bedroom you wanted cleaning . That was a total lie . But even though you lied I still cleaned the bedroom carpet . I am very disappointed with wot you have said as I take a lot pride in my work and always do the best job possible . Even with customers that have lied and this review is not a true reflection of me ur my work

Had this company in yesterday to steam clean all my carpets the guy that did them was so professional straight on with the job he did an absolutely amazing job my carpets look brand new again and smell absolutely Devine the price he changed me was brilliant has well couldn’t believe how much work he put in for such a reasonable price would recommend this company to anyone you would not be disappointed 5 stars would give more if I could

Called Wayne because my in-laws carpets needed cleaning while one was away in hospital. He arrived on time, started without delay and brought some old tired carpets back to life!
Would not hesitate to recommend and we will certainly be using his services again.

I phoned Wayne only yesterday afternoon to ask him if he could come and clean a carpet and two rugs which needed a ‘spring clean’. Wayne arrived first thing this morning and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. The carpet and the rugs look great and we are delighted with his work. Wayne has a nice manner and we Will definitely use him again in the future. Well pleased!
