I am sharing my experience as a caution to anyone considering dealing with this company.
On 14 May 2026, I visited their showroom after seeing an advertisement offering a vehicle for AED 79,000. Upon arrival, I was informed that this price was for export only and that the actual local price would be AED 99,000 after customs clearance and taxes.
During the vehicle inspection, I specifically pointed out that the instrument cluster/dashboard was displaying Chinese language. I made it very clear that having the dashboard converted to English was a critical requirement for me. The sales representative repeatedly assured me, both before and after paying the down payment, that this would be done before delivery.
Throughout the financing and registration process, I continued to remind the sales team about this requirement and received the same assurances.
However, after I was asked to pay an additional amount for insurance and completed the payment, I requested confirmation that the dashboard had been converted to English. To my surprise, I was then informed that this could not be done.
When I raised my objection and refused delivery, I received conflicting explanations from different employees. One stated that a former employee could perform the programming after I received the vehicle, while another stated that only the factory could do it. These contradictory statements resulted in a complete loss of trust.
Since the vehicle no longer met the condition on which I agreed to proceed with the purchase, I requested cancellation of the transaction and a full refund of the amounts paid. Instead, I was informed that cancellation would result in a loss of approximately AED 12,000.
As all communications and assurances are documented in writing and voice messages, I have formally escalated the matter to the bank and filed a complaint with Consumer Protection. I remain confident that the matter will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with the laws and consumer rights protections of the UAE.

The communication was excellent and the explanation about the car is useful, some notes that it was late in completing the car procedures, and when I received the car, I noticed some scratches, especially in the hood

Hello New Auto is a good company and safe and secure however it is not easy to have fast communication so you need to have some experience before buying a new car in order to ask the right questions and get the right answers
