We were two families 4 adults e 4 children, we spent 5 days there...It was nice stay at Villa Christina! We miss it a lot!
The Villa is very cute and comfortable, it's perfect for families with children; it has a very big, nice, well kept and equipped garden for relaxing and chilling. Also the bbq area is very nice. In general Villa Christina is well equipped, all is new and working good (Air condition, Tv, fridge, microwave, washingmachinececc...)....
Also the location is perfect to visit the most beautiful beaches in the Island, but also near some supermarkets and the old Town of Scopelos (5 minutes by car).
Above all Mina and Kostas are very kind person, very helpful and glad to explain and help you in everything you need... it was nice talk with them about Italian and Greek people... we have a lot in common... thank you!
If you are planning to visit Scopelos you can't miss Villa Christina, you will feel like at home!

Ein wunderbares, schön renoviertes und extrem sauberes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
☺Das Haus ist großzügig, hat 2 Apartments.
Wir haben zu viert das ganze Haus gebucht.
Es ist wunderschön auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen.
Weiter hinten auf dem Grundstück ist noch ein zweites Haus, ansonsten gibt es keine Nachbarn.
Es ist sehr ruhig, nur die Autos auf der Straße hört man.
Das Haus ist extrem sauber geputzt gewesen. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde es erneut gereinigt, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden ebenfalls getauscht.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei.
☹In der Küche muss es unter der Abwasch mal feucht geworden sein, dort muffelt es. Wir haben die Türen nicht mehr geöffnet.
Ohne Mietauto geht auf der Insel nix.
Nach einem Regenschauer ist der Strom im ganzen Haus ausgefallen, der Vermieter hat das aber umgehend repariert.

very good house
☺The location is very good, near Stafylos beach, 20 minutes walking or 5 by car. I recommend walking because it is impossible to find a parking spot at Stafylos after 9 AM.
Also, very close to Skopelos town.
The house is very clean, the sheets are changed every week, the towels every 4 days. It was more than enough.
The host was at the property at our arrival at the hour we said we will arrive.
The pictures are real, the house is well maintained and very comfortable.
☹The communication with the host is not very easy because she only uses Booking platform. So, no calls, no messages outside that.
One thing that made me stop using the other big platform out there is the lack of confidence that make both hosts and guests to behave like they are enemies not friends. For example a lot of notes were in the house stating that if you break something you pay it (daaah) or other "dont's" that are Ai**nb inheritance that I find annoying. Also, I felt like the host was there not only to be at help but to supervise us as well.
The communication through only booking, the "don't s", the big brother presence etc are not the things that I appreciate in a host.
When I left I said I will leave at 11:00 AM but we were ready earlier. I texted through booking, I called to announce that I have to leave 5 minutes earlier but the host could not be contacted in such short notice.
This is a personal experience, apart of this the entire experience was good but I won't repeat it.

We are surprised to hear that you are not satisfied of our communication because we are always available for anything our guests need. Upon your arrival, we provided you with all the information needed including all our mobile phones and numbers. In case you needed something you could call or text us. We are not used to bother our guests with calls and messages if they do not need our help. Also, we do not understand why we should not use the booking platform to text to our guests, at least at the moment of the booking. It is a safe way to communicate with our guests. None of all the other guests have complained about the lack of communication and it is the first time to hear that you tried to call us before leaving as this never happened except the message on the platform that we read and we come to the house as fast as we could.
As for the house policy, it is known that every house and accommodation has its own rules to be followed by the guests. So, it has nothing to do with the other big platform or lack of confidence or even behave like our guests are enemies and not friends. We wish our guests respect the house and that is why you found it that clean and well maintained.
As far as your last comment about the fact that we supervise our guests, at the very some place we have our garden with all the vegetables that you also tasted (we offer them to all of our guests) and needs some daily work and, in addition, there is another house with other guests. So, our presence for some hours per day is almost mandatory. We do not supervise anybody and we did not bother you at any point of your stay.

Excellent location, sparkling clean! A very pleasant olive tree garden surrounding the house, giving a sense of serenity - you should expect the hosts to pass by to care for it. Overall an excellent choice of stay to enjoy the island!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Christina. We were two families with three kids, and the bedroom arrangements - one room with two single beds for the older boys to share - and two rooms with double beds was perfect. The house is beautiful, cool inside on the hottest day, quiet at night, has a lovely veranda for breakfast and late night chats, two comfortable hammocks. The bathrooms are super clean and up-to-date, as is the whole house.Not that Skopelos is a large island, but Villa Christina is in a great location for getting to the town of Skopelos for meals and shopping, and the southern and western coast for beaches - everything is so close.Christina was a wonderful host, there to welcome us, very responsive to questions asked through the app, and dropped by a couple of times just to check on how we were doing.If you are lucky she will leave some of her home-made cherry jam which we had every day on toast as part of breakfast, and her very fresh tomatoes from the kitchen-garden behind the house.

vynikající pobyt s nekonečnou pohostinností majitele.... dům stojí mimo hlavní turistický ruch a umožňuje tak odpočinek. Vše bylo dokonalé čisté, ocenili jsme vybavení, nechybělo nám vůbec nic. Několikrát jsme využili venkovní gril. Život naší rodiny se odvíjel na nekonečně velké terase. Obě houpací sítě byli neustále využívány. Ostrov a okolí domu vyzývá k výletům. jak na kole tak pěšky. Prostě dokonalé

excellent vacation in Skopelos
We spent 9 days in Stafylos with our four children. The island is beautiful, surprisingly very green, covered with amazing forests and surrounded by ideal light blue waters. Mina and her family have welcomed us very nicely, with small attentions everyday, and their garden is full of flowers and vegetables. The location of the (very clean) house is nice, 5 minute drive from the port, 20 minute walk from the closest beach and not to close to busy areas so the nights are very quiet. It is nice to rent a car to visit all the island. Skopelos is just beautiful to walk around and people in the island are very gentle. Thanks Mina and Kostas for your warm welcome and kindness.

Mina was a great host. Our ferry arrived quite late to Glossa but she waited us until we arrived to the house. She gifted us some olive oil and the products from her garden upon our arrival :) The place is really spacious, clean and neat. It’s close to the Skopelos’ centre and a great beach, Stafylos.

Had a great time at a lovely house, great big garden, fantastic barbecue place.House very well-maintained, very clean, close to Stafylos beach. Supermarket is close by. The host provided us with a small wellcoming snack from her garden. All in all we were very happy!
