Free account publiceren niet mogelijk 😥 Overall: In het verleden heb ik diverse free accounts gehad op Bitrix24 die mij uitstekend bevielen. Deze move om niet meer te kunnen publiceren voor free account s is een grote teleurstelling en een smet ophet blazoen van Bitrix24 Pros: Naar eigen inzicht je eigen website met professionele tools free kunnen bouwen en ook free publiceren. Cons: Bitrix24 misleid de consument door te adverteren met een volledig free account. Vervolgens blijkt nadat je een account hebt aangemaakt dat je je website helemaal niet kunt publiceren.

Bitrix24 Review as new user Pros: Functions are numerous like a tasks management or a full crm. I appreciate because it avoid use of several solutions and more fees. Cons: Actions could be easy in a more clean interface. It need too many clicks for the smallest thing and export in sheet format was not working.

Bitrix24, el mejor CRM Overall: Me encanta todo. Considero que nos ayuda demasiado que sea fácil de utilizar y me ha ayudadona cerrar negocios y mantener seguimiento con mis leads. Pros: La interfaz es hermosa. NO es un excel digitalizado, es realmente una plataforma buena, bonita y barata. Cons: Necesitas cierto conocimiento importante de desarrollo para implmentar todas las apps. No es tan complicado pero a lo mejor seríoa. muho más sencillo.

For our ops team, bitrix24 mixes communication and task tracking. Overall: It has served as a replacement for a hodgepodge of spreadsheets, emails and chats. Now our team works from a unified dashboard, which significantly accelerated tracking shipments and making decisions. Pros: The CRM, task management and chat functionality all work seamlessly. We utilize it to manage shipments, assign tasks and maintain all vendor communications. Cons: Bitrix can be daunting to beginners too many modules and functions to check before you can start your search.

We Made bitrix24 our nonprofit organization’s digital home. Overall: We have consolidated our outreach and operations under the same roof. It made it easier to communicate with donors, track volunteers and collaborate internally all vital services for an expanding nonprofit. Pros: Bitrix24 is the all-in-one platform for us: CRM, Task management, Internal chat. In a small team it kept me from having to constantly switch between 4–5 different apps at any given time. I really appreciate intranet and calendar options. Cons: The interface is not exactly the most intuitive. We all took a couple of weeks to adjust. But it work smooth after some experience.

Bitrix gets the job done. Overall: Used Bitrix for patient enrollment to pull up their accounts and keep notes on services or appointments. Pros: Can be used for more than one thing. Similar to Salesforce, it was meant for another type of function but works just fine for our purposes. Its got a lot of features that are very helpful. Cons: The navigating can be difficult depending on what you are trying to do. If you leave a page, you have to start completely over.

System IT und Marketing Overall: We have now been working with Bitrix24 in a trial phase for about six months, currently with around 12 people. The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal. In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. The final decision is planned for the end of the year, and then we plan a complete transition. Pros: We have actually looked at many solutions, but Bitrix24 is unique in terms of price-performance ratio. Up to 100 licenses are already included in the Professional version. Cons: The support from the AI bot has actually been very poor and unhelpful so far. Unfortunately, the same can be said about the real support: up to now, not a single request regarding the functionality has been adjusted or resolved.

Bitrix24 is a All-in-One CRM platform that delivers Overall: It has been good - the pros outweigh the cons. Bitrix24 works for: - Lead Management - Marketing - Call Center - HR & Employee Communications - Sales Management - Automations - Project Management - Website & Online Store Builder It's not a simplistic as HubSpot or Monday, so it may put some people off, but it is scalable without breaking the bank. If your business is 10+ employees, then Bitrix24 can offer massive subscription cost savings as the Professional subscription offers up to 100 User licenses. Pros: An All-In-One CRM that has loads of customisation that it is close to bespoke, but with the bonus that features are continuously being improved and developed within your subscription costs. It can be good straight out the box, but most customers will want to work with a Bitirx24 Partner so that it can be configured to integrate with your operations and enable massive efficiencies early into the adoption of Bitrix24. This will benefit your business in the long-term as you will look to utilise the 35+ functions - saving loads on additional subscriptions for Video Calling, E-Signatures, Cloud Storage, just to highlight a few. Cons: Daylight Saving seems to be an issue making appointments past the date the clocks change in UK, but a fix is being developed for this.

Médio para baixo...diria que uma nota 4,5 Overall: Até o momento não muito feliz, pois como dito acima estamos sem tempo para descobrir os acessos e atalhos da ferramenta Pros: Dinâmico , mais simples que os concorrentes, um layout bem legal, acesso rápido, menu prático e muitas funcionalidades. Cons: Tutoriais não muito claros, nos tutoriais os passos estão muito superficiais e temos que perder muito tempo para descobrir as funções.

Bon CRM pour le suivi des prospects, simple et structurant Overall: Un outil efficace pour gérer nos prospects. Le suivi est facilité, tout est centralisé et accessible à l’équipe. Pros: Interface claire, gestion des prospects bien structurée. Facile de suivre les relances et le pipe commercial. Cons: L’outil propose beaucoup de fonctionnalités que nous n’utilisons pas. Dommage de payer un abonnement complet pour un usage limité au CRM.

Great if you are linking sales to projects. Overall: It was ok. I managed a number of projects with it while linking it to our sales department. It was good because we didn't have to jump from one software to another. Pros: It has both traditional and agile tools. You can have a Gantt chart as well as Boards and so on. It also combines projects with CRM, which is great for many project-based companies. Cons: It is a bit too complicated to use. It is not as intuitive as similar software applications in the market. While it is powerful, it is a bit confusing.

Comentarios Green Stone. Overall: Se ha requerido de bastante esfuerzo para permanecer con ustedes. No me he cambiado porque usar otra plataforma va a ser lo mismo en cuanto al aprendizaje y costos de configuración. Pros: Las automatizaciones. Los embudos para organizar los contactos y seguimientos. Cons: Se requiere de bastante tiempo para entenderlo y usarlo correctamente. Las configuraciones pagas son muy elevadas. No he podido usar el Wazzup en las sección de proveedores. El envío de masivos por correo electrónico no tiene un editor de plantillas de calidad, y las estadísticas no me convencen.

My experience with Bitrix24 Overall: My overall experience with Bitrix24 was good — it's a feature-rich platform that supports teamwork and CRM needs well, but it requires time to fully understand and utilize its capabilities. Pros: What I liked most about Bitrix24 was its all-in-one platform that combines project management, CRM, and communication tools in one place. Cons: What I liked least about Bitrix24 was its complex interface, which can be overwhelming and hard to navigate for new users.

Ideal si trabajas en equipo... o si estás solo y quieres orden Overall: Mi experiencia con Bitrix24 ha sido una mezcla. Por un lado, me ayudó mucho a centralizar todo lo que antes tenía repartido en varias herramientas: tareas, chats, documentos, etc. Eso me hizo trabajar más ordenado y ahorrar tiempo. Pero por otro lado, la curva de aprendizaje fue un poco pesada, y algunas funciones clave todavía se sienten limitadas o mal desarrolladas. Aun así, si no necesitas algo súper avanzado y quieres tener una solución todo-en-uno, puede ser una buena opción. Pros: Lo que más me ha gustado de Bitrix24 es que todo está en un solo lugar. Antes usaba una app para tareas, otra para hablar con el equipo, otra para guardar archivos... y era un caos. Con Bitrix24 tengo el chat, los proyectos, los documentos y hasta el calendario todo junto. También me gustó que se puede usar desde el navegador sin instalar nada raro, y que tiene muchas funciones aunque uses la versión gratuita Cons: Siento que todavía le faltan cosas importantes. Por ejemplo, no tiene etiquetas para organizar tareas y eso hace que todo se vuelva un poco confuso cuando tienes muchos proyectos en marcha. La segmentación dentro del CRM también es bastante limitada, lo cual complica filtrar bien la información. A veces el sistema se traba o ciertas funciones no cargan bien, como si necesitaran mantenimiento más seguido. La interfaz también podría ser más intuitiva, cuesta encontrar algunas opciones y no todo está bien organizado. Además, la parte de gestión de recursos y de asignar bien el tiempo del equipo es muy básica, esperaba algo más completo en ese aspecto.
