My daughter was involved in a non fault accident where her car was substantially damaged and the other driver was agressive and refused to provide his details and insurance company. Aviva were excellent and instructed Copart to recover her veicle from our address for an assessor to examine the vehicle. Copart immediately made contact and the advisor was compassionate, caring and professional in explaining the full procedure. Likewise the recovery driver. Three days later "Ish" rang her to explain the veihvle was being written off, the write off value and the procedure going forward with her insurance company. Thank you for your comapssion as she was verey shaken up by the other driver and your professinalism with the whole procedure.

I scrapped my 12 year old Nissan Micra after the starter motor died and it wasn't worth repairing due to bodywork damage. Copart were extremely professional at every stage and the process was very easy. Collection took less than 15 minutes on the agreed day and the quoted price was paid into my account within a couple of hours of collection. The price was fine. Everything was better than I had expected it would be.

shower of a company been waiting over a month for a collection of a car still nothing . have emailed numerous times and tried to call over 15 . you get out on hold then cut off . no wonder they have such a low review score ,
