Neville’s (and Jack, the Creative Director / stylist there) were suggested to me by my usual hair stylist who is out of the country for several months. The whole experience was truly brilliant. Everyone was incredibly polite and professional and Jack was not only incredibly talented but such a personable, lovely guy to talk to. Couldn’t recommend the salon and stylist any more highly.

Incredible salon and service, as a competition winner I was treated to a wash, treatment, cut, blow dry and curl. Jason worked wonders with my hair and I left feeling so spoiled and glam, thank you so much!!

Great experience for gent's cut. I was seen to straight away and provided a hair wash beforehand. Special thanks to Maxim who walked me through the process, acted attentively and delivered exactly what I requested. All staff were friendly and professional.

WORST FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been coming to Neville since 2016 and its only gotten worse. They barely offer you a bottle of water. Secondly after being a loyal customer of James and Aphrodite for so many years they don’t value loyalty and are not willing to accommodate their clients at all. They need to retrain their front desk staff or hire new, more capable ones that will represent the brand better. They are in the poshest part of London, charging the highest prices but the service couldn’t be worse!

Neville is a great place with amazing stylists (Flavia, Max etc are all great) but I've only given 3 stars because the artistic team (5 star) is let down by the reception staff (2 stars). The latter is disorganised and not terribly polite either.

The best blow dry I have ever had! Ask for Amira! I have long heavily highlighted hair and that usually breaks easy when treated. She was super careful with heat on it and could tell what my hair needed! Rly relaxing wash and she did beach waves with lots of volume. Looked amazing and hair is still holding a day after!!
