Tried to book an appointment as soon as possible for increased migraines which Dr. Whicker has been treating for years. According to the reception staff however, Neurological Medicine P.A. Will not book a United Healthcare Patient until the new year has started. No matter how many years you have been a patient with the same insurance they make you wait for January 1st to run your insurance eligibility before allowing you to book an appointment. This wait for the eligibility check then means waiting extra weeks or months after the benefits check for care to actually occur. They said they only do this to patients who have United.

I was referred to Dr Hussain by my chiropractor for neck and spine issues. Dr H made me feel comfortable right away. He showed me my MRI and explained what I was looking at. He asked a lot of questions trying to dig deep into what i was experiencing. He explained my treatment options and made sure I understood everything he was telling me.

I have no complaints about the care that I received here. Dr. Whicker and his entire team were prompt, professional and caring. I did not feel rushed. The doctor patiently responded to my concerns. I was impressed that everyone was very punctual and caring.

Dr Hussain listened well to my issues and shared his notes as he wrote them. He explained everything well - from what the medical tests would be to what the tests results were. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I had and offered his opinion about next steps. I would give him five stars. The rest of the people I dealt with obviously knew what they were doing but only two of the six of them made an attempt to make me feel comfortable.

Every appointment i scheduled at this facility the staff was very professional and organized. It is a Blessing to find a doctor who truly cares about their patients. I am very honored to have one of the greatest Neurologists in the DMV area. Dr. Nabeen Hussain is extremely professional, very attentive, he precisely explain to his patients their diagnosis, he asks if there are any questions, he wants to make sure his patients understand their diagnosis and what the next steps are to help them feel better. The service I received from Dr. Nabeen Hussain has to be the worst I've experienced from a Healthcare professional. He was very rude, dismissive, and condescending! I took my Dad in to get tested for possible dementia. Prior to our arrival to this medical facility, we scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance but somehow after an hour of arrival we were told the insurance wouldn't cover. We were explicitly told that everything would be covered with our insurance on file. The big issue I had with this facility was with Dr. Nabeen Hussain. This Healthcare professional told me that if we were having issues with our insurance maybe we should sell our properties, quit my job, and move in with him. Basically implying we can't afford our arrangements with our insurance company. He also said, "you need to move in and take care of him since he's been taking care of you his whole life ". (Another assumption) We were told to come back 3 separate appointments to get everything done. (45 mins one way) It's save to say I will be finding a new neurologist.

I began visiting him due to extreme headaches and from the very first appointment he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain what was happening, and walk me through a plan of action that gave me confidence and relief. Dr. Hussain is great! I came in for the first time in June for debilitating headaches that wouldn’t go away and I was seen quickly, and diagnosed with migraines. I immediately was put on medication to treat them, and I haven’t had a headache for 6 months. I can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Whicker and truly appreciate the level of care I received. He was extremely attentive and receptive throughout my visit, taking the time to really listen and understand my concerns. He explained everything clearly, asked if I had any questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He also performed a thorough set of tests, which gave me a lot of reassurance and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a physician who combines expertise with such compassion, but Dr. Whicker and his staff does exactly that. I’m very grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a neurologist who truly goes above and beyond.

I have been seeing Dr. Kudelko for about a year and have been totally satisfied with his practice. The management of this practice, however, needs some serious review. The website asks patients to make and cancel appointments by phone--I cannot get anyone on the phone. I needed to reschedule an appointment because of an emergency, but after holding for a very long time and told to leave my contact information, one person called me back, but informed me she could not comply with my request and "someone will call you back for that." No one called me back as of 12:30 pm (I called at 8:30am). I called back a couple of times and the same routine took place. In addition, that building and office in Greenbelt, MD is in such pathetic condition, it easily adds to the pain I am already experiencing. My insurance company pays too much for me (and I am sure it is the same for other patients) to be subjected to an elevator that seems to be on its last leg. With patients who have limited mobility and cannot take the stairs, this elevator is a serious risk. The internal offices could use some updating that provide a welcoming and healing experience.
