Every appointment i scheduled at this facility the staff was very professional and organized. It is a Blessing to find a doctor who truly cares about their patients. I am very honored to have one of the greatest Neurologists in the DMV area. Dr. Nabeen Hussain is extremely professional, very attentive, he precisely explain to his patients their diagnosis, he asks if there are any questions, he wants to make sure his patients understand their diagnosis and what the next steps are to help them feel better. I am so Grateful and Thankful to have Dr. Hussain as My Neurologist!!! Thank you Dr. Hussain

Dr. Hussain is great! I came in for the first time in June for debilitating headaches that wouldn’t go away and I was seen quickly, and diagnosed with migraines. I immediately was put on medication to treat them, and I haven’t had a headache for 6 months. I can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

Dr. Hussain is amazing! However, the office staff- schedulers, and office manager are not. They were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when needing assistance in navigating and switching insurances. A front office is supposed to set the tone for the entire experience, but unfortunately, this one did the opposite. I hope management addresses this issue, because no patient should be treated this way. This has led me to transition to another neurologist after 5+ years!

I left this doctor’s office today feeling very sad and disappointed. I don’t usually complain, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I do not speak English well, so I rely on translators to help me explain my pain to the doctor. Unfortunately, the young blonde translator who helped me today was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. I did not catch her name. I tried to explain exactly where I was feeling pain, but instead of listening, she cut me off, told me to be quiet, and said she knew what to say. The problem is she is not me and cannot possibly know where or how I feel pain. The problem is, I understand some English, and I knew she was not saying what I was actually trying to express. I even had to ask her to change her attitude, which is something I never do, because I felt so disrespected. After the appointment, I even went to the front desk and spoke with the receptionist, who was extremely kind, and asked her to please tell the translator to improve her attitude and not be so rude to patients. When I go to the doctor, it is because I need help and want to be understood, not ignored or made to feel small. I left feeling frustrated, sad, and very disappointed that I could not properly explain my symptoms. Patients deserve compassion and patience, especially when there is a language barrier.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Hussain, his office staff and technicians. I was able to get my first appointment in a timely manner. He was very attentive in listening to the problem that I was having about a seizure and did a lot of testing. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Dr. Nabeen Hassan with any neurological problems that you are having and would not hesitate to going back to him again.
