Definitely works I read the reviews and was skeptical, however my left intermittent leg pain and numbness was getting worse. This was at beginning of December. I only been taking one a day and on third day my pain went away. So far no more pain and plan to keep taking. The urine does have an odor, but not enough to keep me from taking. I would definitely recommend.

Don't bother Since turning 60, my body has started speaking to me with aches and pains in my lower back, neck, knees and wrists. I purchased this in the hopes that it would lessen the discomfort of those flare ups. A massive fail! This did absolutely nothing to ease the pain. Complete waste of money. Buyer beware!

This stuff works It really does help me a lot. I was unable to sleep due to throbbing feet. Nothing completely takes away the pain but this sure helps me. Not all people react the same but thank God for this product.I hope you get the same benefit that I do.

Severe side effects I took 3 as instructed on the label and within 2 hours was having severe nausea, dizziness, heart racing , and horrible mood swing - I understand reactions are not the same in everyone but there should be clearer information on the packaging
