Guy is hate filled liar not a real worker to bad they won’t fix my stuff for free they will hate me for those other people

These guys were great. I ordered a custom pc from a big company and the water cooler it came with died after 4 months. These guys recommend a different cooler that was way cheaper and got everything done quickly. Saved me money and got my baby back to me quick. Highly recommend.

Fast service and great staff!

I had forgotten my iPhone screenlock passcode after a couple of months of not using it, and the gentleman I worked with was able to assist with factory resetting my iPhone and getting me back into my phone within a few hours. Considering the problem, it was quick and affordable! Thank you!

Got a screen replaced on an iPhone. The clock on the screen barely showed up and he said it was because I had a bug. He kept saying bugs show up all the time. I have never had a bug and was very confused. He finally looked some things up and fixed it. He said it had nothing to do with the screen. So in two days I got a bug he said yes.? Weird

super fast service. i went in with my broken laptop after being told it can’t be fixed, and the guy who helped me was super understanding and helpful with my situation. i was able to give them my laptop when they had the parts in and they had it fixed a day later :)

Went in with a basic problem. Not only did they fix it, but also explained to me what had happened. I appreciate the honesty and the customer service. This will be my "go-to" place for tech needs.

What impressed me most was the quality of the repair work itself. My device was returned to me in excellent condition, with all issues fully resolved. The staff took the time to test everything thoroughly and even provided helpful tips for keeping my device in good working order going forward.

Great staff! Had an issue with my phone charging, and turns out it was just some lint obstructing the connection deep down in there. They cleaned it out for me, and in a few mintutes it was working perfectly again. I fugured they'd at least charge me for a diagnostic fee or something along those lines, but they said dont worry about it. Definitely a place that has that traditional care about their customers environment. Ill use them for any phone or computer issues going forward. Little things like that are totally what build you a loyal customer base!

I came into this shop with a small, yet aggravating issue with charging my phone. The man I spoke with was friendly, knowlegeable and fixed my phone, gratis, in a matter of less than five minutes. Plus, he was very nerdy at the same time :-)Android or iPhone, the Nerdy Neighbor sure gets my recommendation.

Super grateful for these guys. Ive been trying to get my phone fixed since November last year and its February but had no luck until I found these guys just a day ago. They got the part they needed to repair my phone in a day (Most places said itd take over a month to get) and fixed my broken screen in less than a couple hours! Went in to get my phone charging port cleaned out. They got me out in under a minute. Super nice and efficient.

I came in after spilling liquid on my laptop and they were super helpful with it all. Prices were great and the service was even better. 10/10 would recommend if you need help with your computer in the Prescott area.
