I want to Share my Genuine feedback here
1. 1st they don't have any complaint book with them, although Ms. Anuradha is wonderful person, listen you properly and hand your questions. Though they forget what they promised you at the time of admission.
2. It has modern facilities of NICU, PICU etc. which is good one but I don't fine any clearity in their counciling, it should be through, properly explained and suggest you better ways regarding treatment and process and also understand your emotional and financial aspects. Dr. Jitender summerly rejected what he said in previously counciling and even in vedio recording I could not understand what he said though management said what they meant as per their convenience.
3. This is costly facility.. the child in room no. 103 he was admitted and by today her mom said my boy's health is deteriorating day by day here .. not getting what treatment they are giving and now they claim he has pnemonia, I spent 2 night on recliner there and saw 2 childern in 103 both are in very bad conditions but in 3 days I have not seen any sign of improvement. Continuously monitor sound is beeping, no one is bothered about it .. it give u head ache and I have done everything to help me wife, no support from housekeeping, Nurse got offended by saying doctor said this.
4. Food is waste. Canteen is not good at all.
5. They don't treat you like patient, they treat you like customer. Human being is Just Money making Customer.
6. My boy is admitted in NICU .. all I wanted is to make me understand the whole process and stages .. Don't understand me dumb or illiterate. And do accept what you said don't say I have not said this .. patient is lier for them .. they just need you signature and the. Will say see you have signed the papers .. there are 10 things written on paper, they don't tell you each and everything. Which they should and ought to be. It's their responsibility and duty towards patient but you are just a customer.
7. My experience for NICU is not good till now .. I hope my child will come home soon ..don't know what they will goona do now .

Baby was in NICU under Dr Jitendra, Neonatologist. He provided very good care . My baby got enough weight in good time, with normal eyes test.
Dr Jitendra is genius. He counselled us every aspect of baby,s condition in very confident way
Today we are taking baby discharged.

My experience is very bad with this hospital, it's money minded , be carefull , they give me astimate of surgery 1.50 L but send for insurance approval only 55 thousand and told me they send for approval 1.5 L , I shifted my surgery in max hospital same surgery charges 1.63 L and I got insurance 1.58 lac my personal payment was only 5000 Rs
So be careful, this hospital want only money no care of patient money and this hospital staff even don't know how to take blood sample

This is not really true that each baby go to NICU and that too for minimum 5-7 days, If baby really need NICU care then only baby is shifted to NICU. You can see other reviews from other patients and they got the baby shifted to mother side immediately after delivery.
