Avoid This CRM Tool from Vyapar Overall: $2 Pros: The marketing statement that the software is from Vyapar Cons: - Customer support is pathetic - The mobile App doesn't show all the features available in the browser version. There are lot of inconsistencies between the mobile app and browser version. The mobile App is just an eyewash and a strategy for marketing without any actual use. - Working with this tool is a nightmare as you will face issues every day and the support team would become unresponsive.

Lack of customer support Overall: Not good at all. We are looking for different solutions, if this continues. Pros: When the support team is available, they do listen to issues and try to resolve or give assurance to resolve. But availability is a major issue as neodove team is dependent on only few resources and our issues are left pending or un-acknowledged for long. Cons: We have recently purchased Neodove. Initially, technical support was provided on and off. But we are not live yet as there is lack of support. Critical team from neodove have not been available and due to lack of backups, things are stuck at our end. There is lack of resources to provide customer support.

Not worth the time & money Overall: $4 Pros: Reallocating not connected leads to agent Cons: No system in place to check missed calls. Cant check incoming calls in details. No way to track idle time of agents between calls. Team doesnt have the complete knowledge. Doesnt support VOIP calls in mobile app.

I've been using NeoDove for a year now and it's the best Tele Calling CRM that I've used. It has clear, intuitive interface and it's very easy to use. The best thing about it is that it automatically imports all the leads from Facebook ads, Google ads, India mart, Justdial and also we can easily integrate with third party tools, so I don't have to do any work of a manual import.

Readymade software - No technical support and update The false promises of Neodive have taken our precious six months. In the demo, we are promised support and assistance upon which I paid the full amount only to realize that we are hoaxed and an ample amount of messages and requests fall on deaf ears and caused lots of disappointment and hindrance to our work. I wouldn't recommend the purchase of this software to anyone. Kindly beware.

So my review is not bad not good but actual and real experience with neodove and team. Everything looks good at the time of demo the main problem begins with the time you start using the app. Lots of glitches. It’s still under built. No IOS app support EVEN after various date commitments we didn’t get it yet. Sometimes even the small functions were not working fine. Team is helpful and responsive. Over all the App experience is far from being perfect or 100% useful. Won’t recommend it to the established businesses. Decide it for yourself.
