I would highly recommended this pet hotel to those who wants their cats stay in 5 star pet hotel services. I fall in love with this comfy place at first visit, very cleaned. The owner very friendly and take very well care to my kittens, updated quite frequently in a day. Definately and surely i will bring my kittens visit to NEKO SUITES CAT HOTEL again!!

Booked superior suite for 2 days & 1 night for Ben. The suite quite spacious with impeccable design. Also they have spacious playroom that allows cat to play with various toys. What made me surprised that they kept updating me about how was Ben doing, sending pictures and videos which i have never got this kind of service from previous boarding hotel. Thank you so much for taking care of Ben despite Ben’s unfriendly behaviour🥹 I would highly recommend this hotel to those who want their cat to experience a 5-star hotel service.

The rave reviews of this cat hotel are well-deserved. They took such good care of my Nacho (in the Deluxe Suite) and constantly updated me of his behaviour, his playtime etc with photos. The place is extremely clean with zero traces of that distinct cat smell (if anything, it smells like IKEA to which I have no complaints). Their playroom is super spacious too! The owners are really nice, too. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a comfy place for your kitties to stay. Kudos to the cat sitters! 🫶🏼

We LOVE love Neko Suites Cat Hotel. It's worth our 1-hour trip. Super clean, spacious and SCREAMING AESTHETIC too. Also no weird smell at all! My husb told me “you know the typical pet shop smell right? dekat sini mcm bukan tempat kucing” 🤣 They update the pics and videos daily, so we felt really at ease leaving our furkids under their care. They also try their best to find the food that suits my cats. Overall, we are very happy and will definitely come again. Thank you so much NEKO Suites Cat Hotel for existing!

Tempat tinggal yang sangat selesa, bersih untuk Nini. Nini gembira berada di Neko Suites Cat Hotel dan Nini dapat cepat menyesuaikan diri. Hari-hari dapat bermain di Laman Mainan yang dilengkapi permainan. Nini juga dapat cepat mesra dengan penjaga di sini yang penuh dengan kasih sayang menyayangi Nini di sini. Tiada rasa gusar hantar Nini di sini kerana hari-hari mendapat gambar dan video Nini. InsyaAllah Nini akan stay lagi di sini. :)

Sangat berbaloi hantar kucing disini, staff sangat friendly dan jaga kucing dgn baik, persekitaran bersih, banyak mainan untuk kucing juga, jadi kucing tak stress, staff juga jaga makan dan minum kucing dgn baik, saya da 2 kali repeat hantar di tempat yg sama, sangat recommended.

The place is very nice and spacious, there is a separate room for kitty to play. This place is very clean and full of toys for your kitty to play with. The owner is very good. They are sending me my kitty picture daily with a lot of videos. I definitely will come back and introduce this place to my friends. Thanks for taking care of Apple and playing with her. Appreciate it!

Safe place to boarding your cat..pawparent no need to worry because they will update you everyday with picture and video..I have 2 cats that have complicated personalities..but they can handle it with care..إن شاء الله ..I hope they will sustain the business so that I can continue boarding my cats when hari raya..😁😁

Honest review from a happy customer! Sent our oyen here for 5 days, and all I can say is the services provided were so so perfect. I have nothing to complain! They will update you everyday, multiple times and with very detail updates with cute photos of your cats. In my case, oyen is a very timid cat, but they manage to make friends with oyen! Oyen was very playful and happy staying with them. They took care of oyen very well. And most important thing, oyen is so picky about food, and neko suites tried giving many type of food to make sure oyen eat well, and i think that was a very good effort. I can tell that the owner is naturally a cat lover! The hotel is very spaceful. Very comfortable for my cat. And the play room is so big and lot of toys. I'm so happy oyen can play a lot of toys. Thank you so much! Neko suites is very lovely! Very recommended! Oyen said she want to come again! 🐱🐈

Discovered this newly opened space and sent my cat to this place for Raya. Still new but its a cool place. They keep us updated with nice photos and videos of our cats. It comes with a very comfy place/suite. My cat was well baby sitted by them with a fun play time everyday. Will definitely come back to this place and hoping there would be more suites that will be added here.
