The man who came into see me wore no idea. I’m not sure he said who he was. Refused to honor my request to do another chest X-ray on me. So the next day i went to the er since my breathing got worse & found out that my lungs were getting worse.

Hello James. The decision to get an X-ray is at the discretion of the provider who judges medical necessity, but not done by request at our clinic. This is to prevent unnecessary exposure to potentially harmful radiation. Please take caution when pursuing emergency imaging if providers are advising you to the contrary, as it could expose you to unnecessary risk and treatment. And please be sure to establish and maintain a close relationship with your primary care provider for long term health maintenance, as all patients should. (-- Medical director)

Next Door Urgent was excellent. They were professional, timely, thorough and super helpful. The staff and the doctor could not be nicer. I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs. By the way, the facility is nice and clean.

I was a bit skeptical about going to a urgent care, but the staff was nothing but warm and welcoming and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them with my issues.
The doctor listen to my symptoms and was 100% professional. Got in and out. 100% would recommend to get checked out here if needed.

I arrived with my son who had been under the weather for DAYS. He was immediately taken back and attended to. The service we received was outstanding, very attentive, great communication throughout our entire visit. I am not a “doctor” person so to receive the level of care we did was a huge breath of fresh air! Ryan and Deanna are absolutely WONDERFUL!

Went for a simple Covid test. Was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. I was told by the desk that my insurance (United Healthcare) was in network and I did not owe anything for the visit. Got a bill in the mail for over $300. How a Covid test is $300 is beyond me, or why they said I was in network when I was not. I would avoid this place unless you want overpriced bills in the mail months after your visit. Pretty shady practice.

I was very impressed with this place. PA-C (Physician's Assistant) Dylan Kadow was extremely patient, caring, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me so much! I really felt well cared for. He took so much time with me to answer questions and fully explain. I was not rushed. In today's world where often people can be hurried and even cruel, NextDoor Urgent Care was refreshingly professional and courteous. Thank you!

I came in because I was having pain in my upper thigh. Everyone was helpful and polite. Customer service is so important to me when it comes to my health. I would highly recommend coming to this location!!
