Terrible customer service when trying to reach someome. Was led to believe my Tesamorelin prescription was for 90 days for $280. Turns out it was only for 30 days. No instructions on how to administer the injections either. I don’t often feel taken advantage of but geez this was a ripoff.

Nava health has absolutely has had such a positive change in my health and vitality. Since 2024 till today I am no longer diabetic. My cholesterol is in normal limits and I have lost 48lbs. Balanced hormones I feel young again! I love ❤️ 😍 this place!!! Don't hesitate take control of your health.

Love NAVA this company has done wonders for the arthritis in my kne and my menopausal aches and pains . Dr Annie is amazing, the holistic approach to healthcare was what I was looking for run not WALK to the nearest center

They seem to be doing better since they stopped taking insurance and their customer service has improved. I’m still not a fan of their automated answering service. I prefer to drive to one of their locations to speak with someone rather than use their phone system.

I just completed lab work this morning and wanted to take a break to share how amazing the staff at the Bethesda Office is in performing their respective tasks and responsibilities! Truly truly, I definitely want to highlight Chloe, Manager of this well run office. She’s always multitasking, with a deposition that’s rare in most doctor’s offices. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning all necessary appointments to keep me healthy. My primary care doctors have no clue of what my needs are during my 15 minute appointments. I have said on many occasions that NAVA should consider primary care doctors who no doubt can make a substantial difference in overall health care. Lastly, Chloe goes beyond in her initiative in keeping me informed of special promotions and benefits that I am not always aware of due to my crazy schedule. In the past few years I never knew how to access my account hence she took care of assisting me with accessing my account. NAVA should be proud to know just how much she goes beyond her duties in sharing information and helping with options for treatment interventions that are available to clients. I so love and appreciate her for a job well done!!!!

STAY AWAY if you are dealing with chronic health issues. You will be exploited.I spent over $5,000 here with no relief. I came to Nava in December 2024 extremely sick with gut issues, inflammation, and possible autoimmune concerns. I stayed until August 2025 and even after that had to request they stop charging me. Overall my experience was poor testing, minimal clinical insight, poor communication, and ongoing billing issues. It added stress to an already serious health situation. The gut health program was expensive and NOT worth it. It's literally a scam. Please save your money. I went to a second provider and they later told me Nava’s GI test is not comprehensive and missed key issues they identified at a lower cost. The $199 monthly membership lacked transparency. I still spent hundreds to over $1,000 on supplements, was charged when not receiving services, and was billed after requesting cancellation. Additionally, it was hard to even take advantage of the monthly membership because most of the services were not even available in Fairfax or the machines were broken. I tried to cancel my membership a few times and it was difficult. Nearly every interaction felt like an upsell. There was no true root cause approach. Testing was limited, key markers were missed, and there was no deep investigation into gut, immune, or inflammatory issues. It seemed like a scam, imagine having 2 meetings only with a gut practitioner/ nutritionist who barely told me anything other than to buy supplements from NAVA to fix my issues. Support and communication were poor. Follow ups were inconsistent, I never received a promised doctor’s note, and no one addressed my concerns. Billing was disorganized with incorrect charges, a switch from insurance to self pay mid treatment, and repeated issues canceling my membership. I also struggled to get prescription support and was idk I need to come in for an appointment even though this prescription was simply to manage pain, and never needed labs. They refused to prescribe it, a that's when I left. It is not a safe place for people with chronic issues or pain. You can find much better care, and actual root-cause diagnoses at a fraction of the cost if you do your research. The only decent experience was a PRX treatment, but overall this felt more like a med spa than a medical clinic. I came here very sick and left with no answers, more stress, and significant financial loss. This may work for basic wellness or aesthetics, but not for complex or chronic conditions. If you want real functional medicine or root cause care, go elsewhere.

Brought a Groupon for IV Hydration Therapy, and called to book the service. I was told that I need to complete blood labs to do a "suitability exam"....Yeah right! Then, after I complained, they said I could book but the IV treatment bag was one cup..which was less than half the size of a typical 1LT bag or a 500cc half bag. One cup is crazy and not worth the visit. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is run more like a car dealership than a medical facility that actually cares about your health. I paid a lot of money to cure my gut health and at the last minute my doctor was switched and she was very dismissive. The entire call lasted less than 5 minutes and she was just asking basic questions to go through the motions. I was then passes along to a nutritionist because the doctors say they're the "experts" and know what they're doing. The nutritionist was completely clueless and I know more about gut issues from doing my own research than him. Waste of time and money. After the call they immediately transfer you over to a sales person that tries to upsell you on a consultation package that costs thousands of dollars and wants you to purchase a lot of unnecessary supplements. In my opinion you should AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost!

REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!! I scheduled a massage therapy for 11/20 for my mom cause when the season changes she has a difficult time with Asthma, and we were looking to try some other ways besides medication to help her. I called a few days before answered all the questions got signed to their health portal which was super lengthy and has so many questions so I was really impressed with how detailed the questions were I was even joking that one doesn’t get this many questions at the doctors. Over the phone we kind of went over the types of combinations massage she will likely get and pretty much that the massage therapist will kind of go over the best approach with her after they speak. We were told to arrive at least 10 minutes before so she can discuss about what’s going on and everything with her massage therapist, she arrived 30 minutes ahead got checked in and got a massage. no questions, no consult, just a regular massage and to use epson salt cause her body was tense, wasn’t expecting a miracle but didn’t think it would be this much of a waist either. I called immediately that day and then again a few days later but although it was a priority never heard back so I’m assuming our complaint was obviously not a priority.

I had been with Nava Health & Vitality Center since 2018, but by March 2025 the service had declined so drastically that I chose to leave. Communication became inconsistent, prices would jump without explanation, and I was told I needed a doctor’s appointment for a simple vitamin IV, even as a self-pay customer — a policy that made no sense and added unnecessary inconvenience. The worst part of my experience was dealing with the manager, Brooke. Despite being in the facility, she refused to come to the phone when I asked to speak with her multiple times. Staff would put me off instead of allowing me to address my concerns directly. When she did finally call me back, it was at an almost random and inconvenient time, and the call itself came across as indifferent and unprofessional. That encounter made it clear to me that the level of care and leadership had changed. I transitioned to another wellness center where the service, communication, and atmosphere are all far superior. Complimentary beverages, a beautiful environment, and respectful, consistent communication made me realize how much Nava had declined. I sincerely hope they take these issues seriously for the sake of future members.

Stay away. Reordered thyroid medication and was charged on Aug 27 , today Sept 22nd, I still don't have the medication, nor do I have medication that was ordered and paid for on Aug. 20th. Was told multiple times 7-10 days is the typical turn around. I ran out several days ago. Multiple phone calls and emails (both of which are now not being answered ) have resulted in empty apologies that they switched to a new medication vendor. Nor can I get a prescription for my own pharmacy to fill. This is negligence. The new vendor also charges way more money than the previous vendor. I can not even get my labs drawn at an outside facilitD that would accept my insurance. So I am paying over $300 for labs that my insurance company would cover for under $50.00. Find a doctor you can see in person. My GLP1 was $2500 for 4 vials in December. Last month is was $2200 for 2 vials. Prices change on a whim and zero notice. I am in the process of finding a functional medicine doctor who I can see in person at least once.

Below is my original review I posted on Yelp in April of 2025. I originally was just going to copy and paste it here but after my recent experience I just cannot. I've tried to hang in there but have finally decided to cancel my Nava membership because their prices have increased tremendously this year and their communication about the price changes is zero from my point of view. Usually, the reps at the front make sure you know there is a price increase but they didn't this time and apparently there was an email sent out, which I have not received or have missed somehow. I pay the annual membership fee, and even though their prices have increased so much since the last time I paid my fee, they refuse to give me my money back (prorated for time left, of course). There is a base membership fee, and the way Nava used to work when I first joined (and as of the last time I paid my annual fee) was that the fee included 2 credits and there were SOME services where that credit would cover the cost of that service entirely (like massage and acupuncture). Now, besides the increased fee, absolutely no services are covered and the cheapest service is massage for an additional $50. So the monthly base fee is now $140 minimum, and then $50+ for each service; with your two credits you're looking at more than $240 per month. That's 140% price increase since last year. If they have to increase their prices fine, business is business but I should not be forced to pay it; they made a change and I should be allowed to decide if that change does or does not fit with my goals or pockets. Review posted on yelp in April 2025 (parts removed due to space): I would really like to give more stars because the customer service from the individuals working here is phenomenal but the changes at Nava are tremendous and exhausting. Such as in January the cost of the massages went up by $20 per visit and no notice was sent out. This would be nice to know given the twice monthly massages I book; I would appreciate knowing that I need to be prepared with an extra $40 per month. Also, the price of the hydrafacial went down in January which was awesome and right back up in April without warning yet again. Most recently they decided to do away with their standard membership at $99 per month and have only two options available at $139 and $199, making their customers pay at least an extra $40 per month, again without warning. So between January and May we are expected to pay $40 more per month for massages and another $40 per month for the membership. Well that's an 80% increase; talk about inflation!!! My massages at this place are fantastic and I do enjoy them twice monthly for now. Winnie at the front desk is lovely and always pleasant and provides wonderful service. And Brooke is amazing too; she and the nurse practitioner once stayed with me out in the cold when my husband was late getting me and they needed to close up shop. I mean it was less than 20 degrees outside and they stood with me for more that 15 minutes, so there is so much to say about the wonderful people they've hired. But the ones working behind the scenes on policies, prices and changes brings the entire experience down. I've been a loyal customer for at least 3 years and would love to continue doing so, but Nava makes it harder by the month it seems. From the rejection of all insurance to the major price increases, I honestly have no idea what will become of my membership. Plus I see no need to pay for services I may not want or need; and, furthermore, services that I already pay for through my insurance and can gain access to for a small co pay rather than drain my pockets....because that's how it feels lately.

I have been with NAVA for almost two years and will not be renewing my membership. While the treatments were effective, the billing seemed excessive, unpredictable and the prices changed without notification. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere for treatments.

Cannot say anything but incredible things about this place. They have helped to get my hormones regulated. Great advice. Angel for acupuncture is my go-to and she offers cupping. IVs are a game changer. If you’re questioning sign up for the blood work and go from there!! You won’t regret it. I promise.
