Extremely disappointing experience. They made me wait for an entire hour just to get laser treatment on my face. I sat there wasting my time, only for the clinic to eventually close.
I had an excellent session with Colleen who is a knowledgable and helpful nutritionist. I was able to get feedback that related to my lab tests and gave me direction with the plan designed to help me heal my gut issues. She offered insight and a better understanding of the foods, supplements and strategies needed to make the plan more effective. The results are obvious in the improvements shown on my lab results and in the way I'm feeling. Overall I'm very encouraged and appreciate having her as a partner in healing.
Went in for my monthly acupuncture with Patty and she worked her magic! Front desk ladies are always very friendly and helpful.
i got the Groupon deal for two IV bags of vitamins. not a great deal-they are only half bags. had to fill out entire medical history (a ridiculous invasion of privacy). had to put a card on file. couldn't upgrade to full bags without blood work. just had blood work done at LabCorp. nope, has to be their blood work !?. no insurance taken, tests are hundreds and hundreds of dollars. second bag dispensed in 8 minutes, had dumping as a result. a money-grabbing boutique for people with money to burn.
They told me they was going to find the root cause it was a lie they did the exact thing conventional Doctor do a bunch of tests and instead of giving you medicine they give you supplements do Only differences it’s expensive waste of money and I’m still not better. You gave me testosterone replacement but not telling me what I have I ask Samantha what’s my diagnosis cause I’ve been searching for answers for almost 10 months. She said your diagnosis Doesnt it matter I just want you to get better that’s her way of saying is she don’t know what’s going on with me just like the regular doctors I’m miserable and I wasted A lot of money and time on Test and supplement I don’t recommend if you get a chronic disease they’re not gonna help it just won’t make you pay for stuff
Put in a records request and it’s taken them more than a months and still outstanding. They are impossible to deal with.

Three years in and I’m still the person referring everyone I know. My work demands everything—long days, a packed schedule, people counting on me. Nava is where I actually take care of myself instead of just saying I will.
I use their full spectrum: gut restore, IV therapy, acupuncture, massage, supplements, facial services. It’s part of my routine now, not an occasional splurge. What keeps me coming back is their team. They know my name, know my needs, and treat you like you matter.
I’m happier and healthier than I’ve been in years. If you give a lot to your work, you need a place that gives back. This is it.
Mixed Feelings
The gut restore was expensive but it worked! So I did the testosterone pellets through them and that was a disaster. My second pellet dose was increased substantially. It took 5 months for my levels to decrease to a point that I could start the cream (through Midi). During that time of high testosterone I started losing my hair. I mean a lot of hair.
This group is awesome. Eric gets you into an IV quickly and pain free… super smooth. I feel comfortable and in good hands! Highly recommend this location.
Do not buy on Groupon, they are never available. And they will not schedule your appointment until you sit through a video and then wait an hour. Anything they can do to make it inconvenient, not open on weekends. And never have availability waste of money
I’m updating my review because management took the time to call me, listen to my concerns, and acknowledge that the website and enrollment process need improvement. I truly appreciate that level of accountability and their willingness to listen to customer feedback.
My original concerns still remain: the required initial evaluation should be clearly stated on the website, customers should have the ability to contact their local office directly, and customer service representatives would benefit from a better understanding of the membership structure so they can provide clearer guidance.
That said, I genuinely like Nava Health’s overall concept and had a very positive experience with their healthcare professionals. I was a patient for over a year before temporarily relocating to another state. Had I not moved, I likely would have continued my care there and probably would never have encountered these enrollment issues. I’m encouraged by management’s response and hope the improvements they described will make the experience even better for future patients.

The staff at Nava were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The review of my health data was thorough and they were willing to spend the time to answer all my questions.
Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my lab results and suggesting what needed improvement. Highly recommend her.
I love the personal attention I get from Cali when getting a NAD infusion. She has helped me with injecting peptides since I have a great fear of needles. She has made this process much easier.
