Cheaper… but you’ll pay for it! They messed up our order, delivered 2 extra boxes of granite cobbles, refuse to collect & refund. Dreadful to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Julie. I’m very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Natural Stone Ireland. I actually remember dealing with Jeff and he had over ordered. He had asked if we would take some product back but with our small restocking/collection charge he felt that selling on Done Deal or Adverts would be better for him. I actually did try to call a few days later as I had a truck in the area but got no answer. These people are devious, phoned on Friday morning regarding grade A railway sleepers that are on their website at 24.79 plus vat €30.50 the woman told me they were €35, I said I needed 20 she said it would be €700, I said I would call next day which was Saturday to collect 20 of the grade A sleepers, she said be here before 1 we shut at 1. I landed at 12 the next day Saturday, there were 2 and a half bales there about 50 sleepers. They then told us they were sold and paid for and there were no grade A sleepers for sale. They then showed us rubbish sleepers and said they were €23, they were fit for fire wood, avoid these people, we spent half a day travelling there and back for nothing. I would have given them zero stars but 1 is the lowest.

Excellent company to deal with. Bought Kandla Grey Sandstone patio. Much cheaper than anywhere else I priced. I needed a spare slab to replace one that was broke. They threw that in free. I got great advice on how to complete my project. Very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend 👌

I rang to order paving and was told I had to email my order in and would be ready for collection the next day which I did. Rang numerous times the next day to confirm it was ready for collection with no answer so I drove an hour to visit in person where the lady claimed she had never received my email and that the stone I wanted was only available in a multi size pack, this information was not on their website. I then tried to order it on the spot to be told I couldn’t collect that day and all orders had to be emailed to them.
I then emailed a revised order to them with the request that they confirm receipt of the email, and have had no response even after follow up emails, all phone calls still remain unanswered !
I’m not sure how they expect to do business if they will not answer calls or emails and when you turn up in person they say you need to pre-order.
