Feedback from our guest who we booked a room for,
" Airconditioning is not working properly, so it was hot when I checked in the room, the evening around 20:00, Electricity was off and no air-conditioning made things got worse. I went to the front office, no one there. then I went to outside, lights were on, so only this hotel was no electricity. Imagine in the old building i was alone, no guests, even no staff, how scary was that! I stayed 30mins or so in the room, but decided to change the hotel. Almost no refund. So bad.
