Wir haben die "La Gomera Smart Tour" gebucht. Alles war gut organisiert. Wir wurden täglich pünktlich von einem Taxi abgeholt und zum Tourstart gefahren bzw. abgeholt. Da wenig Taxisfahrer Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen haben, hat es das für und deutlich erleichtert. Zwei der drei gebuchten Hotels waren sehr schön, das dritte war auch okay für eine Nacht. Die von uns gewählte 3-Tages-Tour zeigte uns viele schöne Ecken von La Gomera. Manchmal hätten wir uns eine ausgewogenere Mischung aus Auf- und Abstiegen gewünscht. Bei dieser Tour waren vor allem die Knie und nicht die Kondition gefragt. Jeanette war in der Zeit per Messenger gut zu erreichen. Die Navigation mittels der "bergflex" App klappte gut. Lediglich die Anzeige der Höhenmeter wich teilweise von der Tourenplanung ab.

Por tercer ańo consecutivo (los dos primeros en La Palma y éste en La Gomera) hemos estado una semana de senderismo y auténticas comilonas en Las Canarias, y en las tres ocasiones (¡ésta última nada menos que 14!) lo hemos hecho con Albert Poll y su empresa NATOUR como organizador. Es difícil exagerar el valor añadido que les ha aportado a nuestra experiencia la gestión, capacidad organizadora y atención al detalle que en todo momento ha demostrado, por lo que un ańo mas nos vamos encantados y seguros de que volveremos el próximo; y sin ninguna duda lo haremos confiando ciegamente en los consejos y las atenciones de este profesional impecable. We had a great hiking experience on La Palma organized by Natour. Our guide Jeanette was always responsive, gave very good tips in advance, monitored the weather and recommended alternatives. We felt very safe and looked after and whatever question or problem we had, she found a solution. Despite that, the daily hikes along the week were great and very well selected. We really enjoyed our hiking week a lot.

Jeanette from NATOUR organised a customised 1 week hiking trip for myself and my wife. The hikes were incredible and although not easy, quite doable for our mature age. The service from Jeanette was impeccable - always available for help and advise, including recovery of my wallet which I left on a public bus! Highly recommend this company.

Alberto organized a self-guided hiking tour for us to Tenerife and La Gomera with all the hotels, hiking trails, taxi and ferry transfers inbetween. Everything went as planned, fascinating trails, excellent hotels, and just the right amount of challenge forus. I hope that we will be back soon.

We had a great experience hiking across Gran Canaria. The trip was organised by NATOUR travel and it run like clockwork. The nature in Gran Canaria is very different from what I expected it to be (first time there) and we loved the hiking challenge every day.

We wanted to visit Canary islands during Christmas holidays and we found Natour travel looking up what to do and which islands to visit, since we had never been before. I must say that everything has been perfect, first and foremost the beauty of the Islands (we visited La Gomera, La Palma and Tenerife) which we amazingly enjoyed thanks to the hikes suggested and planned by Alberto, then the whole logistics: we wanted to do island hopping and see all the worthy areas by having great hikes (combining 3 different islands in 11 days and planning everything by the clock is not an easy task unless you are willing to deeply study guides, accommodations and transports). Last but not least, the overall price for accommodations, transports and car rental was very fair. This whole vacation has been a wonderful discovery, we will always remember the amazing hikes and views we have seen. Thank you!

Totalmente recomendable. Muy bien organizado, taxis para los transfer súper puntuales, hoteles agradables y bien elegidos, rutas preciosas. Queremos darle las gracias en especial a Alberto. Conoce muy bien la isla, da un servicio muy personalizado y flexible. Teníamos contratadas cinco rutas con un plan concreto pero fue ofreciéndonos alternativas en función de nuestras necesidades. También gracias a Fernando, el chofer con el que hicimos la mayor parte de los traslados, es muy profesional y amable. De las rutas realizadas, aquí un pequeño resumen: 1. Sauces-Puntallana: exigente pero preciosa. Espectaculares los barrancos de San Juan y la Galga, nosotros hicimos un pequeño desvío antes de llegar a San Andrés para bañarnos en el Charco Azul, una poza natural al borde del Atlántico. Subida a Puntallana se hace un poco larga pero merece la pena. 2. Sauces - Barlovento, por bosque frondoso de laurisilva, muy bonita. No pudimos ir a Los Tilos porque el camino estaba cortado pero la alternativa que nos dio Alberto fue muy buena también. 3. Barlovento - Gallegos , preciosa ! El plan era bajar hasta Franceses pero ese último tramo nos lo perdonamos porque queríamos volver antes para bañarnos en La Fajana, una piscina natural con vistas espectaculares. 4. Roque de los Muchachos a Pico de la Cruz. No tuvimos suerte con el tiempo porque había mucha nube baja y por tanto no pudimos disfrutar al cien por cien de las vistas espectaculares que se deben de ver de la caldera y todo el entorno, pero la disfrutamos mucho. 5. Fuencaliente al Faro / Salinas, pasando por volcán de San Antonio y volcán de Teneguía, es una ruta muy chula y durante casi todo el trayecto ves las islas de Hierro y La Gomera, y el Teide. Diferente a las demás que hicimos por el paisaje volcánico. Acabamos dándonos un baño en la playita que hay al final, junto a los faros. EN RESUMEN NOS HA ENCANTADO !! Esperamos volver y repetir con Natour en esta u otra isla :)

Spent a week on Tenerife doing the GR131. Due to fires the first two days from Garacchico were mainly through forest which was a bit boring. The next four days were great with volcanic lanscapes. The taxis always came as planned and I could always reach Alberto on the mobil to arrange pick ups. Th hotel in Vilaflor was poor! The ceiling is open in the rooms and I could hear people talking in the room next door. At midnight I asked them to be quiet, which they did. But not good! It was an enjoyable holiday! And I hope to go walking with Alberto again. /John

We had the most wonderful self guided walking holiday in Gran Canaria. Alberto was fantastic at organising everything for us, and he was always on call if there were any questions. Thankyou. Increible experiencia! Un servicio flexible y atento, Alberto esta en todo. Taxi muy cómodo y sin esperas. Hotel muy acogedor y com desayuno variado. Tracks GPS listos para poner en el dispositivo y mapa físico por si acaso. Natour es 200% recomenable. La Palma se merece el apodo de Isla Bonita, ESPECTACULAR !

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche 6-tägige Wandertour auf Teneriffa gemacht. Alberto hat alles bestens organisiert inkl. Hotels, Transfer und Gepäcktransport. Die Kommunikation via Mail und whatsapp war immer sehr einfach und schnell. Gerne wieder!
