The experience in having us bad. No one is contacting me back. They have illegally changed my payment date before talking to me. They keep changing when their taking out the money. I put a stop payment on it and they keep going around it. I have told them I will close my account, if they don't stop. They refuse to fix the problem. Just now I checked my bank account and they took a payment out on the wrong date. They are scammers cause once you have set up with them. You won't be able to get in contact with them again. SO WATCH OUT. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. I WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON THEM IF THEY DONT STOP

Dont trust them...they are scammers........... I contact Joe. In jan regarding my debt,n i was told that after first payment they gonna talk to my creditors,they took almost 4000 $ cad from my account till june afterthat nobody contact me im trying to contact them nobody answering even their toll free number is not assigned too,seems like i'm scammed by these scammers.. now forward im gonna filed complaint against them..so they not scammed anybody else

“ This is very Important “ I was told by my case worker that there will be 3 instalments which will go to NDR. So I signed the E-document without reading conditions, which says “ I have to pay them 12 instalments “ So now payment gets accumulated and the NFS fee piling up as I went unemployed. Even the creditors find these payments are rip-off. But I no option but to live with this debt.
