S2 Computers recently installed an upgraded network for Emmaus Norfolk and Waveney's site in Ditchingham, which covers an extensive area and comprises a number of different buildings. Their initial visit to the site was professionally undertaken and they suggested a number of innovations on how to deliver this that significantly reduced the installation cost compared to other suppliers. They also suggested means of monitoring the network performance to help ensure its ongoing security which no other supplier considered. The installation was professionally undertaken, on time and according to schedule and has delivered a reliable, cost effective network, taking into the complexity of the site. Since then they have been very quick to respond to a few small commissioning issues and have advised us on how to solve some historic issues we had. A tremendous local company who really care about customer service and delivering optimised and innovative solutions.
S2 have recently began working for us and Andy's advice prior to being engaged was informative, relevant and represented good value for money. The project was then handed over to James Mason and the level of service provided by James was impeccable. James is extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. James was always available and we would thoroughly recommend the services S2 provides.
I've just moved over from another company who didn't prioritise me for the years I was with them which, when you're self employed, is a problem. Moving to S2 so far has been a doddle and they have gone out of their way to be super responsive, helpful, forward thinking and have patched up the holes left by my previous support company. So far so good! Richard is a rock star and James has done a sterling job as well. If it continues like this, I'll be thrilled.
I've been supported by S2 Computers for some years now. They are always amazingly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Most recently, they helped me with a project to set up my new laptop. James assisted me with this - he was excellent. Very personable, very patient, clearly an expert in what he was doing and able to convey techie info in a friendly, accessible and non-patronising way. I can recommend S2 highly enough.
My organisation had been suffering with some IT issues and whilst I know how to turn things off and on again, my skills were not adequate for the job. After having discussions with several IT support companies S2 were the only company to give a site visit, they presented their findings and discovered our shortfalls and were able to rectify those. We have got some ground in on-going issues with slightly older equipment - they are not ready for the scrapheap yet and S2 are helping us to get the most of them before we have to buy new IT. I have found them to be always helpful and really quick. I know my organisation is not the only one they look after, but I have always been made to feel like Royalty.
