Hi Derrick, I'm a little confused as to why you changed your 5 star review to a 1 star review without any explanation. We were able to get drop the felony down to a misdemeanor saving you from a felony conviction. Please call me as soon as you can so that we can discuss this.

Hi George, if what you said was actually true, there's no way over 100 clients of mine would give me 5 star reviews.. I specifically remember you calling me a "bulldog" at the jury trial. I successfully was able to prevent the State from eliciting statements from the victim that would have been damning to your case. The prosecutor asked for a recess during the direct examination of the victim and told me that you if you agreed to plead guilty, you would essentially receive time considered served. I told you that it was not a good idea, that it was against my advise, and that we should proceed with the trial. You made the safe decision and accepted the offer. It sounds like after the fact, you second guessed your decision and now you are projecting your frustration with the decision that you made. I completely understand that and I don't blame you. It was a pleasure representing you. I went as far as giving you my tie off of my neck so that you were presentable in front of the jury. The way your case was resolved was an absolute win in my book. I hope you take care of yourself.

Hi Michael! I can assure you the one hundred plus 5 star reviews are not fake. Google requires a user to have account in order to leave a review. Regarding your concerns; I agreed to meet you in person at the mall to discuss your cases with you. Your petition to expunge your arrests was filed within three days of us meeting. I explained that because you had over 15 arrests, it would take the clerks office some time to process all of the petitions and paperwork. I wholeheartedly understand your frustrations but I cannot speed up the process as there are set timing and procedures in place set by the clerks office. Once the petitions are eventually processed, I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors with your clean criminal background!
