I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new luxury condo with Kelly Moran at The Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve, a beautiful 55+ Active Adult Community. The entire process was incredibly easy, fast, and friendly. Kelly was so helpful and made every step of the experience seamless, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed throughout. The community itself is stunning, and I’m thrilled with my new home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury living with exceptional service!
We met with Kelly and ended up signing a contract the same day that we first visited the Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve without even knowing anything about the surrounding region! The floor plan impressed us that much! And Kelly is a gem. Everyone here loves her. We were looking for a spacious luxury condo, and this community checked nearly all the boxes we wanted in our next home, even surpassing some of our expectations. The condos here are arranged in quadplexes with private patios and spacious floor plans that feel like single family homes. Parking is ample with two car garages and wide driveways. Our active 55+ community has a clubhouse, pool, fire pit, exercise room, pickleball court, and a lovely walking path around the community. We’ve made many friends since moving here two years ago and are still pleased with our decision.
I absolutely love living at The Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve! The community here is amazing—there’s always something fun happening with the fantastic events they host, which make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The location is also perfect—convenient to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The amenities are top-notch; the builder is a Virginia native, and the condos are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a welcoming, vibrant, and well-maintained place to call home, this is it! Allow yourself the luxury of living in a place where you will LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE.
Napolitano Homes: Your workmanship warranty expired and you may want to reach out to the manufacture of the tub.
Me: Y’all didn’t even put any support under the tub, so of course, it was going to crack.
0/10 do not recommend anyone buy a Napolitano Home.
Update: Builder came by and stated that all of his houses are built without support which makes no sense when I have lived in my home for 2 years.

While your home's warranty period with us had expired, we want to note that the tub itself would likely have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which typically extends beyond our builder warranty.

If you are considering moving to a "55 and better" community, this is the one! It's close to everything! The homes are absolutely beautiful and the amenities are first rate. As a realtor, my clients and I had a terrific experience working with Kelly. She made the buying experience easy and enjoyable for all of us! If you are thinking of making a move, I highly recommend Hallstead Reserve!
My wife and I moved here 2 years ago this month. I have to say, this community has been everything we hoped it would be...and more. The people here are very warm and friendly. As the adverisement indicates, this is an active 55+ community. We have monthly as well as weekly events and activities brought to us by our excellent social committee and supported by many of our residents. The quality of the homes is excellent! Our experience with the builder has been very positive. As with any new construction home, the reality is everything will not always be absolutely perfect, but the builder backs his product and resolved issues expediently and to our satisfaction. Some of the advertising flyers pose the question "Do you love where you live?". Well, we can honestly answer that question with a resounding YES, without any hesitation or reservations!
we built our home 3.5 years ago with Napolitano Homes and are very unhappy with our build. We are now having to replace our upper kitchen cabinet because the cabinet is separating from the wall and itself. The cabinets thru out the house are basically very poor and cheap press board. We will eventually have to replace all the cabinets in our kitchen.
We have also had to replace tile in the master bath because the tile cracked from the inside wall thru the toilet room to the exterior wall. Now we have tile that has cracked from the vanity to the tub. The paint that was used in our home is subpar flat contractor paint. So, inevitably the entire interior of our home will need to be repainted.
We would NOT recommend Napolitano Homes for a build and in all honesty our ONE Star rating is too high!

My buying experience was outstanding. Every question I produced was met with an immediate and comprehensive answer.
The majority of my questions were answered by attenting the pre-meetings established by Napolitano Homes "town halls" as I'm calling them, that keeps you informed on every step of the buying process.
The final walk-through is icing on the cake that gives you the opportunity to ask more questions as you are being oriented with your new dwelling.

Amazing experience, phenomenal quality.
First off, Tara is truly amazing! This was my wife and I first time going through the home buying process and Tara made this extremely easy for us. All questions were answered plus she educated us in the areas that we were not knowledgeable about. She has that motherly vibe about her that makes you feel comfortable. I also want to highlight Amy for her excellence. Amy has excellent communication skills and a great personality all around.
As far as the home I’ll keep it short. This is high quality craftsmanship. They say they build each home as if it were their own and I can tell. The location is amazing, the community is quiet, and we are so happy we made the decision to buy here.
Poor quality workmanship on Condo at Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve. Dishwasher motor and fan broke 2 months after moving in. Bathroom floor not level. Corner in bathroom is off square by 1 inch. Had to get doors readjusted. Heat was not working. Baseboards in Master bath need caulking and holes to be filled. Submitting request today for microwave (freezing cold inside and can hear water hitting the top of microwave when it rains heavy). Rock siding by front door has one side higher than the other. Master bedroom staying 2 degrees cooler than rest of the house. There appears to be no real quality control for these condos. I feel as if I am being used as the foreman to catch all of the items that were poorly done in this condo. Very time consuming. Have to submit detailed information along with photos to builder after 3 months. Many homeowners at this site have had issues: one with gas line issues, one Rinai Tankless not working, toilets rocking, one condo that siding fell off, one air conditioner compressor failing, zone heating not working properly. Clubhouse women's bathroom toilets not working properly. Took three flushes for waste to go down. You have to wait 3 months to put in all of the items that need repair from the builder. Items like doors, windows, appliances, siding and HVAC you have to call in yourself to the companies that put these items in and then wait for call backs to schedule a time for them to come out. These companies are not good at relaying messages. Had to call two of them back and they said they had no record of my call. It can take up to two weeks for someone to make it to your home. Very stressful experience.
