The worst place ever! I picked 5 different colors for my nails, and the lady who helped me complained for that. I also asked for wax and that was the worst experience ever. She was telling that I have a lot of hair and that she is exhausted, several times. It was so uncomfortable being on the chair while she was waxing me,because she didn’t want me to lay down because she said that is not confortable for her! I complained to the owner because because her employee did not do a good job with the wax, the owner didn’t do anything, she said if I don’t like it I should not come back! They over charged me for a horrible job! Don’t wast your time and your money coming to this place!

Hello, first of all, the lady did your nails did the right things. She did what you asked her to do. She did not complain anything. She tried to explain the price to you before she started. We never overcharged anyone. We have the price list and always let customers know the price. She did what you asked for, when you confirm the price. The nails tech never have any customers complain. When you came up to the counter, the owner did explain to you everything but you tried to ignore.

Had an appointment for 6pm . Two girls came in after me and both were taken before me.Had me sit in chair at 6:15 and soak my feet until 7 by then the water was cold . Won’t be returning. Very nice salon and very nice employees. Service was eh Update : my sister and I went here again and they were way better!

Nails came out nice and the staff was very pleasant. This place is really clean and relaxing. Paid $175 for spa pedicure and full set. For that price I feel like they could of cleaned my cuticles a lot more. I went home to clean them so they could look nice with my new nails but I shouldn't of had to do that. I even pointed out to my technician and he said it's ok........ I overall liked it, but most likely won't return.

I was very disappointed when I went to my pedicure appointment today, and the person at the front desk asked me, "If it's OK can I come back in 20 minutes. " I thought that was very rude considering that was the first welcome that I had received after hello. Annoyed, I did leave and come back. It was a Saturday and where else was I going to get an appointment at short notice! After I went  back in 20 minutes and accommodated them, I was not offered a further apology or discount on my service for the inconvenience. The prior owner, whom I have been going to for twenty years, would never have let that happen. They lost a customer today even though my pedicure was good.

This is my favorite nail salon on the area! The owners are very friendly and accommodating--I always call ahead to book an appointment and they're usually able to take me same-day. They have lots of colors to choose from. Mimi is my go to--she does a great job, very detail oriented on my dry cuticles! I so appreciate her!

They are really nice here and quick, but the quality of their work is not great. my nails are all different shapes, uneven, and the nail polish is incredibly thick.. it's also all over my fingers and they didn't bother to take it off.. i'm bummed because they're pricy, but the work isn't justifiable.

This establishment used to be Helen's Nails. It's now Nailology and has new owners. They've made wonderful upgrades to the shop and it's beautiful. Customer Service is great. Veronica is my nail technician and I've been seeing her on and off for 10+ years. I will follow her wherever she goes! Give this place a try if you haven't!

My daughter and I liked this nail salon.  We got pedis.  It was very clean and they used plastic wrapped  new materials.  The exfoliator was a little coarse.  It seems like all the salons use a different one. We will go back but may skip the exfoliating.

I have always receive numerous compliments on my nails for the past years that I have been going. The owner, Kelly, goes out of her way to pamper you and gives you a great experience!
