One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Dirty, noisy and uncomfortable.
☹ There was a night club just next to hotel and music was so loud til midnight. We could not sleep, it felt like there was a party in my room. There is no sound proof even when windows were closed.
Also there is a strange odor smell in the room as well, floors are dirty, looks like hotel is from 1980s.
Better stay in tent than this hotel.

We sincerely apologize for the significant discomfort and disruption you experienced. It is completely unacceptable that noise from the adjacent nightclub prevented you from sleeping, and we understand how frustrating that "party in the room" feeling must have been. We do have a good relationship with the managers there and they are usually not as disruptive, however, with the festive season upon us things have changed a little for this month.
We also deeply regret that you found your room's condition did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. The issues you raised—including the strange odor - are being addressed immediately by our management and maintenance teams. We continuously strive to provide a restful and pleasant environment, and our housekeeping team works tirelessly to prepare rooms for guests however, we clearly fell short during your visit.
We value your honest review as it helps us identify critical areas for improvement. While we wish we could reverse your negative experience, we would like to address these issues and potentially offer a future opportunity to demonstrate our true standards of hospitality.

An enjoyable stay in a central location.
Pros: It was a small and cozy and had just about everything I needed. I like the hotel's outdoor space and central location. the staff were so friendly and helpful and I had no troubles or isses during my stay. Cons: I would have liked a mini-fridge in my room, and a way to sign into the internet on the smart tv - there was no way of inputting the wifi voucher. Otherwise all was excellent.)

☺ Nice hotel, one of the closest to the falls. Good breakfast. All needs in one territory: store, restaurant, variety of excursions to order.
