Séjour d'une semaine très correct. Chambre un peu petite. Set bouilloire Thé café. Coffre. Ménage fait tous les jours.
Manque un peu de meubles pour le rangement et 2 verres si vous avez une petite soif.

Great service! The guy at the front was very helpful. The rooms are nicely updated. I love the shower! It was definitely a comfortable stay with everything in walking distance with transportation services on site. Love it!

Close to everything. Rooms were clean. Staff were great. Wifi was great too. Rooms were not as big but still okay. For their prices, 100% value of money. Best location to go for chobe and victoria falls sightseeing. Close to 3 monkeys and market too

N1 was a good spot for a stopover hotel in Victoria Falls. The rooms were small but had all you needed for a decent sleep and shower after 5 weeks of camping. It is well located in town and close to great restaurants, brewery and the distillery. It is also 20mins walk to entrance of Vic Falls and other locations such as The Lookout Cafe. I didn’t use any facilities like the restaurant or pool as I spent most of my time enjoying other food locations in Vic Falls

Nice place near Victoria Falls
There are only a few hotels close to Vic Fall, and this one worked for us. The staff was very accommodating, and we originally booked a double room (not sure if it was a true double bed or a queen/king). Turns out it was a double, and we are too tall for that - so they were able to move us to a room with 2 twins that worked better. The only shortcoming is lack of elevator and we were on the 2nd floor (and I had a hip problem, making the stairs somewhat difficult). They have same day laundry service ($5/bag) which was very nice. There are several places to eat and a craft market just outside. The room was very quiet. There were also taxis available outside to take us shopping or to the bridge/border to Zambia.

Great location near Falls
☺ Everything. The place is great with excellent and clean installations. The staff in reception very attentive. Very well located, near Look out cafe and restaurants with delicious local Zambian food (Mamma Africa, Zulu and Marula) 15 min walk from Victoria Falls entrance. Thank you for everything.

☺Blisko wejścia do Victoria Falls. Bardzo miły personel. Czysto. Sklep na parterze obiektu. Możliwość kupienia śniadań. Wiatrak w pokoju.
☹Słaba klimatyzacja. Brak miejsca na walizki w pokoju. Drzwi do toalety skrzypiały. Niektóre pokoje są przed remontem i dlatego bardzo ciemne. Niewystarczająca ilość gniazdek prądowych w pokoju.

☺Muy bien situado, a pie se llega a todo en Victoria falls. Las habitaciones parecían renovadas, mobiliario moderno. Caja fuerte.
☹Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas (no nos cabía la maleta abierta el ningún sitio de la habitación)
Está en centro, para lo bueno y para lo malo (había mucho ruido en las habitaciones y diría que nos dieron de las mejores en este sentido)
El personal de recepción desagradable. Estando vacía la recepción nos pidieron amablemente que nos fuésemos a sentar en otro lugar.

Good standard Room and Delux room with sewage backflow smell
Spent 3 nights. Our first room was a standard double which was clean and seemingly newly renovated. Had to check out and check in into a deluxe room as our reservations were separate. Our Delux room 123 had a terrible sewage smell. The room doesn’t have general room lighting. It has lights on the mirror and bedside lamps only We were however moved to room 121 which had bad lighting issues. On the 2nd night it was very cold. Our aircon in room 123 was not working and we requested for an extra blanket as we had one very thin Duvet approximately 1.5cm thick. To our surprise, the hotel said the hotel did not have anything extra to cater for the cold night.

☺ Room is tidy and bedding is great! All in all a great place to stay. The Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.
☹ Would have liked to have a USB charging port available. Some rooms have them and other's don't. The shower door could not close properly and this was not great for privacy.

☺ Fine, clean budget hotel for quick stop over in Vic Falls. Great location in town and walking distance to the Falls.
☹ Loud radio in reception and front office staff listening to music and audio books on their phones on speaker phone. Small rooms and showers but as mentioned, fine for a night.

☺Super Lage. Vic Falls zu Fuß erreichbar und eine Brauerei und andere Restaurants in der Nähe.
Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und eine große Dusche. Gepäck konnte immer gelagert werden, auch für mehrere Tage.
☹Am Wochenende kann es lauter werden. Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen!

☺Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Victoriafälle sind nur 1 Kilometer zu Fuß entfernt Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
☹Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es gab keinen Aufzug und keinen eigenen Balkon.
