Try an alternative provider. Have tried calling this company over a dozen times, and no one answers. Sometime the call gets cut short sometime it just keeps ringing. No point in having a phone number if you don't answer it or call the missed calls back.

I'm unsure why this is happening, our office is open 8am-4pm and there is always someone here to answer the phone. You can also email us at sales@mystatic.co.uk and we can call you back if this is easier.

I ordered a pair of small axle stands late on Tuesday afternoon. I received a confirmation email at 5:40. I was absolutely delighted to receive my order by lunchtime yesterday, Thursday. The stands are light, but very well made. I have already shown them to someone else, who expressed an interest in them. I would certainly recommend Mystatic. Fantastic service.

Despite paying in full and for a fixing kit, no mixer pipes supplied or connections. Rubbish when i phoned the company. Have had to source this, despite all described in instructions to fit accompanied pipes. No help at all. And extra cost of parts and labour. Not to include disruption to time taken to install.

We do not sell fixing kits for water heaters so we're unsure how you have ordered one, some water heaters have them accompanied within the packaging whereas other do not. We do not control what parts the manufacturer include within the packaging.

Easy to use web site, good choice of products and easy to contact. Ordered shower Taps on Friday 17th then needed Bath taps on Sunday 19th and contacted Monday 20th to make sure that delivery could be made at the same time. Advised by Henry that joint delivery no problems and goods expected by Wednesday 22nd. Highly Recommend this company.

Wonderful service. We sprung a leak in our Motorhome shower the Thursday before Christmas. We were going away on the first working day after Christmas. Henry went over and above to FedEx us a new one which arrived on the Friday (last delivery day before Christmas) and saved our holiday. Couldn’t ask for more

I ordered 2 fold up beds, they were delivered very quick, one of them had a small bolt missing, instead of sending me the bolt that held the legs in place they sent me a replacement bed and told me to keep the other one. The service is above and beyond any company that I have dealt with. 5 stars gets nowhere near there customer service. I must make a special thanks to Henry who dealt with my issue. If only everyone was like him, the world would be a better place.
