I had a full leg, armpit and Hollywood wax as well as simply brows and I could not recommend Sam more!
She is so lovely - from answering questions before my appointment, all the way through to doing it. She made me feel comfortable and was so professional & such a perfectionist!

She was really sweet, customer service was great but the wax itself was not. She had to keep going over the same place multiple times and it was the most pain I have ever experienced during a wax down there. She stated it was because it had been too long since my last wax, however all my waxes I have ever had with other practitioners were months between each and I have never had an experience where they were unable to successfully pull the wax in one go and cause so much pain. She apologised and made reference to the fact that the wax was not going well and was not a reflection of her usual work, however still blamed it on the fact that I did not have waxes frequently enough. I felt as though the fact she admitted it was not a good wax should have reflected in a partial refund/reduction in cost but she did not offer this so I obviously did not request one. Overall very very painful wax but nice person

I visited the new salon for the first time on Friday and I absolutely loved it! Sam has done such an amazing job with it. The decor is just beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Also there is a new loyalty scheme in place and some amazing new offers to go with the new Salon. Well done Sam on such a sucessful new venture ❤ Oh and my nails were perfect as always 😘
I visited Simply Beauty on Saturday, the new salon is lovely, very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Sam as ever, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Amazing nails and brows as ever I would definitely 100% recommend Sam and her new salon for any beauty treatments. She is the best! ⭐️ ❤️
