Gave us a reasonable quote. He came back the next day and finished the job. He not only did a good job on the window. He and his helper cleaned up all the broken glasses and help me rearranged the patio furniture. The furniture were too heavy for me. Thanks

Called Fabreo on Weds afternoon to replace an extra large smashed window. He came over same day to take a look, said it would be a special order due to the window size. He was able to get the window and install it by Friday, right before the July 4th weekend. Amazing, fast service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We had a bit of a miscommunication with time, Pedro went above and beyond to remediate the situation. The crew came over and repaired my sons bedroom window. Next time there is a dodger game and a ball pops through a window I will be calling them again. I am extremely happy with the work and clean up. My window looks great.

Met me at my office to give me an estimate for scratched window repair. Told me he knew someone that had a machine that could fix the scratches and this person would call me on Monday. Come Monday, no call. I text Fabreo asking him about when I should expect the call. No response. After all the reviews, I had some high hopes. Unfortunately they were not met.

Fabreos Window Repair is a DREAM! I had reached out to them on a weekday to come out to quote us, and received a response immediately. I sent over photos and we talked over the phone. He was able to come out within the hour and looked at it...fixed it within 30 minutes with 1 other person. They were affordable and did a fantastic job, ensuring that I checked their work thoroughly once they were done with the job. My boys had managed to break their bedroom window this past week and Pedro came today to just give me a quote and I was expecting another ridiculous price or to be told I needed to get a brand new window. Horrible service. Installation was so basic just literally installed the doors and that is it! Didn't bother to install the door closer that comes with the door, no grouting, no sealing nor patching of holes were done. Yes it was an emergency job appreciate them coming promptly but it is not an excuse to do a substandard work. Installer Pedro was in a hurry to get his payment repeatedly saying he has to get to his next job. Seriously all this 5 stars are questionable.

Remarkable craftsmanship! My door was extremely hard to open. Came on time as promised. Took his time to investigate the problem and nailed it down perfectly. Found a way to correct the issue in lieu of going to the, "oh you need the door replaced at $3K."
In these times we are in, yes there are honest family run business out there. Support good business.
