His employees are always nice and polite. They leave a clean and neat work area after the job is completed. Sells top brand equipment and quality parts. There is no pool job too small or too large for Picture Perfect Pools.

I would not be writing this review if it weren't for my most recent interaction with the receptionist at this company. In Feb 2025, the pool light went out on the pool that Picture Perfect Pools installed in ~2021. I called Picture Perfect Pools to find out what type of bulb they used so I can have the issue fixed. I wanted to know if it was a screw in bulb or some other type of light fixture (LED). The woman at Picture Perfect Pools informed me that she cannot provide me with that information and that she can only have her service department give me a quote on fixing the light. She claimed "Only a licensed electrician can get that information" and they would be legally liable if someone got hurt. I was taken back with this response, I once again stated that I only want to know what type of bulb or fixture they installed. For whatever reason, this woman continued to educate and inform me that I was not authorized to received this "delicate" information. This is a perfect example of a company you DO NOT want to do business with. Later, I did get the opportunity to speak with the owner and he spent a lot of time trying to defuse the situation. Fortunately, during the phone call the owner was able to pull up the information and let me know that the pool does have an LED light fixture and not a bulb. Very "delicate" information indeed ! LOL This woman could have easily said that she would get the information and contact me or have someone contact me. It was ridiculous !
I hired Picture Perfect Pools to build a pool approx 4 years ago (~2021). After Picture Perfect Pools tore out our existing patio pavers and patio screen enclosure, we were told that there were "issues" with the dirt (muck) in our backyard and that it would cost and extra $20,000 to complete pool. One would think, a respectable company would have tested the dirt before bidding on project or at a minimum before they started tearing things out. The owner did give us the opportunity to walk away, our only problem would be to now hire another company to put a new patio and screen enclosure back (approx cost $30,000). Obviously or maybe unfortunately, we decided to go ahead and complete the pool. During the install, I asked the owner of Picture Perfect Pools to put some pre-purchased pool mosaics on the pool stools instead of the tile sheets he was already going to put on. The owner wanted me to pay an extra $40 to have this done. After taking a 60k pool and turning it into a 80k pool, you want an extra $40 ?, pound sand ! He said we needed to pay for the extra time (which by the way, would have been less than 1 min if not 0). Anyway, when the guy was there to put the tile on the pool stools, he brought the wrong tile and had to go back to the shop. Guess that was a bit longer than putting the pool mosaic on. LOL
I do not recommend anyone using Picture Perfect Pools.

After much consideration, we decided to go with Picture-Perfect Pools for the construction of our new pool, and I can confidently say it was the right choice. From the very beginning, the team provided a thorough briefing on the project, outlining every step before they even began. They took care of all the permits required, which took a significant load off our shoulders. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of the progress, ensuring there were no surprises and that I knew what to expect at every stage.
The construction itself went smoothly, and once the pool was completed, the team took the time to give a detailed walkthrough of the entire setup. They explained the use of the pump, Chlorine generator, and all other pool equipment with great patience. What stood out was how much they emphasized the importance of keeping the pool chemically balanced, walking me through the use of the necessary chemicals and the maintenance routines to keep everything in top condition. This level of detail made me feel confident in managing the pool on my own.
One key aspect of Picture-Perfect Pools is their commitment to after-sale support, which has been exceptional. They didn’t just vanish once the project was complete. After we decided to seal the pavers around the pool, they promptly checked the pool's flow and filters to ensure everything was running properly. In addition, they have been incredibly responsive to any support calls I've made since then, whether it was a question about chemicals or minor technical issues.
I would be remiss not to mention Will, the tech expert who has been instrumental throughout this entire experience. Will's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile have been invaluable. Whether explaining how the equipment works or addressing miscellaneous questions, Will has consistently provided top-notch assistance. His dedication has truly set Picture-Perfect Pools apart, and I can't thank him enough for all his help.

I guess our job was too “small” for them. We asked for a quote for a pool/spa about 20’ x 45’. Catie C. responded to our email with an automated email asking for specifics, which I emailed them back in April. I also asked for updates a week, 2 weeks later and she never responded. I’m glad though because it shows their workmanship is not worth my money.
