We really tried to give Piada a fair shot, but will never come here again. My husband just got sick with food poisoning from eating here! Now that I’ve personally witnessed the lack of cleanliness inside plus the smell of sewer/moisture, no thanks. Prior to this experience, our last several DoorDash orders were also missing items. Avoid this location at all costs - they clearly do not care.

We ordered online for pickup and had to wait 15 minutes before the order was ready. In addition, we had missing items, so we had to come back to pick up the missing items. The server was apologetic and worked to correct the issue.

I got a bowl of their soup and it was 1/4 full. $5 for two tablespoons of soup. Make sure you check your food before you leave!

I ordered online at 12:31, and the order was supposed to be ready at 12:45. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:49 and was told my order was in process. I watched them make orders for people that walked into the restaurant to order at the counter 5-10 minutes after I arrived. Finally got my order at 1:09. When I arrived back at my office to eat the salad, I discovered the chicken I ordered was not included on the salad.

I think could use a little improvement...it seemed a little disorganized s As I was coming to pick up my order. I was missing my drinks and so I pointed that out. And one employee handed me a cup for one of the self serve drinks..then off he went and didn't say anything about the other drink so I'm thinking he's going to make it while I wait there for like 15 mins. Finally I bring up the other drunk and someone finally gets it. I just think k it was rather awkward and unorganized. To wait there that long for 1 drinks as ridiculous. I don't think it was intentional but it felt like I was being ignored.

Piada Italian Street Food has been on our radar for a while so we finally decided to try it out. We thought it was a sit down type restaurant with wait staff so we were a little surprised that the format is more similar to a chipotle. The selection was decent and the menu was really easy to understand. I opted for the basil pesto pasta with grilled chicken. The flavors were great but the foot was luke warm and the chicken was dry like it was pre prepared and sitting in a buffet all day. The Italian soda fountain was a nice touch and the flavor of the two types I tried were fresh and delicious. The employee that took our order and assembled our bowl definitely didn’t dream of working at a Piada, they were polite but seemed slightly annoyed that we were there. They weren’t rude, they just didn’t seem to like their job very much. I’m not sure we would go back because it’s only marginally fancier than a Fazoli’s and I’d rather spend my eating out budget on higher quality food and experiences. One large bowl and one small bowl with two drinks set us back $31. We wound up picking up a couple of the cannoli desserts on the way out and they were good but not something I would make a special trip to eat again.

horrible service, rude employees who will roll their eyes at you when you ask them to do their job, can't listen to simple instructions and very inconsistent with orders

I love the food here, however, whenever I order for delivery it is ALWAYS missing something. Items that have been missing in just my most recent orders are: tomatoes, strawberries, dressing for the salad, avocado, and chicken. I called the restaurant each time to ask if they are out of those ingredients and each time they said no they have the ingredients that are missing from my order. I am frustrated about the lack of integrity. I don't believe it's worth ordering from here unless you are available to go in and supervise how your food is being prepared.

Ordered take out. It was AMAZING!! The price was fair and the staff was very nice! 10/10 do recommend!

Had an okay lunch at this location today. We normally come here and the food is pretty delicious. Unfortunately today's visit had two pieces of hair and my wife's Carbonara. And the service wasn't as friendly as usual. Please encourage hair nets if not double!

Great food, especially for the price.
