I have been with Dr. Regulapati for almost a year now and she has been a delight to have as a doctor. She has a very friendly and caring demeanor, making me feel reassured and happy with my visit! She is very knowledgeable in her field and is able to guide me during any health issues I may be having!

Dr. Saritha is an excellent medical professional. I have been seeing her for over 10 years, and have always felt very comfortable with her level of care. She is thorough, kind, caring, and always gives me the time I need to make sure all my concerns and questions are answered. She has excellent bedside manner and medical knowledge. Her office is always able to get us in quickly for a sick visit.

I am not sure the doctor saritha is aware of what’s happening in billing department. They have the worst billing department they over charge you and even insurance company's says that members doses not need to pay anything. Still they lie they flip their words on the amounts. I am frustrated calling them and the insurance companies. I can only say one thing please stay out of this office. Especially this office is charging patients an extra amount on top insurance companies has full paid. This office is submitting the wrong claims and they charge the patients please be aware of that Luckily we had all recorded conversations. Note to the doctor because your billing department of these you might loos your loyal patients.

Had a pretty chaotic and ineffective experience – wouldn't recommend this office for immigration services AT ALL.
Got called in 4 times! Communication about the necessary vaccines was unclear, and despite being told my documents were ready on Friday, they weren't, resulting in a frustrating 45-minute wait. Even though my insurance covered the immigration visit and the doctor only needed to sign one form, she refused to do so.
Dr. Saritha Regulapati has been our family physician for the last 4 years. She’s friendly, very detailed, and does not give unnecessary medicine. Primary care has onsite blood work collection, which saves a lot of time. Flexible with patients' schedules, efficient follow-ups, and in-advance appointment reminders. We are very happy with the doctor and staff approach.

She was my primary care physician.. but of no use, when I wanted an emergency appointment she didn’t have anything, office wanted me to be on a televisit. I had swollen eyes so didn’t understand how talking over a phone was going to work so went to urgent care. Told the office they lost one patient.
This is the most horrible doctor’s office I have ever tried to reach . They take 72 hours to give a call back. When asked they say ‘Oh there was no missed call alert on our phone from yours ‘ .
I would like to ask what kind of phone system is being used in this doctor office where missed call alert and voicemails do not get recorded.
Then they say ‘Oh we are booked till Oct for physical- so we cannot give new patients appointment till Oct for physical’. - really ???
I moved to Princeton area just recently and am running out of my meds and need a doctor visit for physical and renewal of my med and this is the reply I get . Management need to look into this and take a serious action here .

My family has been going to Dr. Regulapati for years. She's one doctor who has not changed and is still warm, considerate, attentive and thorough. She listens to your concerns with attention and takes necessary next steps. The appointments do not feel rushed.
I do have to say that the front office staff need a bit more training on how to talk to patients but there are a couple of them who are good and they are getting better.

Our family has been going to Dr Regulapati for the past 12 years. Dr. Saritha is professional and knowledgeable. She listens attentively to your concerns and takes the necessary steps. They will accommodate appointments on a short notice, getting blood work done is very easy. Although the front office staff were not that great in the past, now she has new staff and they are so much better. I would highly recommend Dr Regulapati
